Lachie Neale

Per Agenda Setters, it was said that Lachie Neale’s camp wasn’t happy with Fages comments in an interview a month ago where he said it would be a “head scratcher” if Lachie left and didn’t go back to WA. Feel like it sucks to see such an important part of this clubs era leave on not the best of terms whether the camp is involving him or not. Thoughts ?🤷‍♂️

Look at Brisbane's list

Most of their players were born in Victoria, and some were late picks ,for example Logan Morris got taken and pick 31 ,Jarrod Berry at pick 17 , are we asleep at the wheel, some of their stars should be wearing navy blue but no , maybe we need Dom Ambrogio at this club , I'm sure Kai Lohmann was also born in Victoria, of course he went to Brisbane, Dom way smarter than our list managers over the journey , Sonya Hood 👊you're fired

[SUBJECTIVE] Ratings from Round 17, 2026 v Geelong

Hipwood didn't impact too much but deserves some grace coming back from a long-term injury. I feel the Lester one might be controversial, he played well in parts but was responsible for multiple goals of Geelong's second quarter surge, they ended up having to move him off of Dangerfield.

Members ticket question

I remember seeing something last year about selling unused members tickets back to the club, is that still something we can do? If so does anyone know how?

LionShop Birthday $10 voucher question

Hi, I am just wondering whether members still receive a $10 LionShop voucher this season for their birthday?

My birthday is coming up later this month, and I want to make a purchase, but also scared the item I want being out of stock by then, so not sure if I should wait for the code (if we are even getting one anymore).

Also if anyone has a July birthday and already used their code, could you pleaseee share it and I can see if it works for my member account too? Thanks!! 🙏

Went to the lions fan meet in Melbourne

Came from Perth for a wedding in Geelong, lucky timing allowed me to watch the lions game Live, and was lucky enough to get both Ashcroft brothers signature at the fan meet. hopefully I can catch their dad at the Gabba to make the family complete. My only regret is not bringing a silver Sharpie so it stood out more.

Am I the only one that thinks the Lions are gifted success?

Having to post this one here because you can’t have an opinion on R/AFL without being Copy and pasted by Neanderthals but moving on. Brisbane lions have the Benefit of attracting Free agents due to dominating their state, Have the Full access to academy which had allowed for them to continue supply in the draft despite not having the top end capital, (this also lowers the Bottom teams chances of getting success) Have a home ground which can be played at until the granny and continue to get father-son prospect in conjunction with academy. Never has a team had so much success forced upon them. It’s getting unethical now and destroys the comp. Worst of it is that People think this team is a Hero of the comp and beats all the hated teams. Currently they have the duck brothers, Cheating Lachie and Dont take them to Vegas or they might get a bit crazy. Fuck Brisbane

Fletch's game last night

I think Fletch had a good game last night from what I could tell he played on Mannagh for a lot of the time and kept him pretty quiet, two behinds for the night. Fletch had 22 disposals and 504m gained a good confidence builder for him and good contribution for the team.

Conor McKenna Interview

Did anyone else see Conor McKenna's interview on Ch-7

I love his answer about the dimensions at Kardinia Park - 'I don't mind it - it's long there are a couple of goal posts at each end and I just kick a goal really its my first time playing here at AFL level its just another field.'

Love the thinking - plain and simple. In saying that I think the Lions brought a good strategy to counter the home ground advantage.
