The gap between the CYD and nm rf hat is big enough to fit a 103450 battery, with a little double sided foam tape it works perfect for hours on one charge!

I modified the model a bit myself since it looks like my GNSS module was slightly larger, and to fit a little power switch as well. I use the stylus to flip the module control switches. Only thing left is to add the battery level.

Ho appena pubblicato un nuovo pacchetto di temi che credo vi piacerà. Volevo portare un po' dell'universo di Flipper Zero su Bruce Firmware, quindi ho disegnato e ridimensionato meticolosamente l'iconica mascotte del delfino cibernetico per adattarla perfettamente ai nostri schermi!

Si chiama Flipper Bruce Series ed è disponibile in 3 diverse varianti di colore:

• 🍊 Classico: Ricrea esattamente l'aspetto nostalgico della retroilluminazione ambra/arancione del Flipper originale.
• 🔲 Bianco: Una modalità di illuminazione super pulita e nitida (perfetta per leggere alla luce del giorno).
• 🔌 Nero: La modalità scura definitiva per il risparmio energetico, ideale per operazioni notturne discrete.

Tutto è ancorato alla griglia di pixel, dalle cornici di selezione del menu alle icone della barra di stato superiore.

Posted my halehound build a little while. I mentioned a bigger body with antenna cutouts. I ended up putting some gpio headers on the case but I posted another body without gpio on printables. https://www.printables.com/model/1719320-cydv2

So lately my adv been just sitting collecting dust on my desk and with the zero coming out im afraid its going get worse lol. I have the lora cap for this but meshtastic is not used around me at all. So I started looking at my adv and was wondering what can I do to use it more. The device is awesome with keyboard and speakers so I been working on this custom firmware that I think I would carry it around, use it more often. I normally ssh into my raspberry through my pc so I thought why not a terminal if I just wanted to do something quick. Also added an mp3 player, gb/gbc emulator if I get bored. Something to use the keyboard more so added a notepad and file explorer if you want to delete or view stuff off the sd or fs. Sorry its getting long, just wanted to share this and it also should work with regular cardputer. If there's enough interest in this I might put it out. I tested everything but the emulator i dont have any roms, if anyone know where to find it please lmk

Freenove makes a version of the CYD and I think it looks really cool but the first thing I want to do with it is flash Bruce on it. Any reason I’d have trouble with that or is there anything different I might have to do differently than with a “regular degular” Cheap yellow display? Advice would be greatly appreciated, still learning.

https://github.com/RLee203/CYD-c5-ghost if you guys want to try the firmware out. Its wired for the rf hat. It should work without the rf hat but you have to change the pins if you going to use your own modules.
