Found under box spring? Is it a sign of bugs?

i’ve been getting these for about two months. they usually appear randomly throughout the day. i checked EVERYWHERE for bed bugs. Termix came and said they couldn’t find anything. i set traps all over bed. always wash on high- yet i notice nothing. please help im going insane 😭

Croatian Bug Adventure.

I left my window open a few days ago and noticed a good amount of booklice on my ceiling tbe next morning. They’ve been clearing up but this morning i woke up to a bug on my face 😩😩😩. i squished it before I could tell what it was. Google says booklice only have clear fluid is them so is it possible this was unrelated and a beg bug???
