GYMNOCALYCIUM RAGONESEI CRESTACIÓN FLORAL
GYM-RAG-SPIRAL-008 🌵🔥04/26/2026
Northern New Mexico- wild
Does anyone know if this is some type of Prickly Pear subspecies? It grows near normal-looking Prickly Pear but the spines are much longer and more concentrated. The flowers also seem to be blooming at a different rate than the others. New to this, I dont know much.
Woke up in time!
I finally caught two Marginatocereus flowers open and it was absolutely worth the wait. Three already have opened, closed, and fell off.
The first bloom ✨️
One of the first cactii i bought last year and she is flowering now! Any tips to care for the season? I watered her with NPK last week. How long do the flowers grow? Can they be used for pollination/propagation? I'm based out of India, any tips are welcome.
