Got these sticky droplets on the underside. I treated her twice now with diluted neem, sprayed and watered. It's still coming :( also flowers?? Is this because of stress? Otherwise she looks happy

Her leafs are dry and it looks like she's dying 😭

I've repotted her and only watered her when the top is dry, I know they like humidity so I bought a Humidifier and I've placed it next to her so it goes over her and she's not getting any better
Help me help her please
