Don’t know much about it, found in my great grandpas basement. Fits great so i’ll probably keep it, but does anyone know what it is or when it was made and how much it might be worth?

Picked up this J97 for $15 Thrifting. The front logo definitely looks legit but the original tag is torn so I can't truly tell if it's authentic! The NECA/IBEW logo on the back is an Alaska based workers union, and I can't find this specific make online right now so I'm assuming it's rare? If anybody can take a look at these photos and tell me if it's real I would appreciate it! I can also take more photos if needed.
