Have there been any leaks since she had the baby?

I can’t remember the timing, so if she has had leaks since the baby was born, then this theory is out the window.

But my Carly conspiracy theory is that she is the one behind the leaks, whether or not she’s the one doing the uploading. I don’t think we’ve had any leaks since the baby was born, which makes me wonder if I’m correct.

The last leak was a massive one, which I am still making my way through. I’m pretty sure that was before the baby was born? Almost like it was to tide us over until she got back into the swing of things?

When do we think Carly will announce the new album?

Carly has teased a new album dropping this year. When do we think she’ll announce it? The B side albums have usually been announced less than a week before the release, but the A sides are usually announced a few months in advance!

Reworking On The Loudness Of Disco Darling (based on the spectogram)

Please, I would appreciate if your read my explanation. Thx.

HEYYY I AM BACK :D

Soooo....many of you may probably know that a few days ago I uploaded a post in relation to some adjustments I made on the loudness of Disco Darling from a Vinyl Rip by u/YouComicalChap. I did several tests to see how well these would sound based on their track & peak gain by using foobar2000, dbPoweramp, FX Sound and comparing to one from its original mp3 loudness.

My goal was matching the loudness from its vinyl rip to the mp3 one.

However, one thing I did not realize that it was also important to use was checking each of their SPECTOGRAM pictures or images because I noticed some subtle differences when I started using it (with the app Spek).

For instance, I will show below these variations I found from the original loudness that u/YouComicalChap could record, the adjustments I made [Test1, Test 2, Test 3, and Test 4] and comparing to the mp3 one.

I will also show their track and peak gain and comparing them.

Picture 1: Cover of the Post

Picture 2: Spectrogram of Disco Darling (Og MP3 Demo)

Picture 3: Spectrogram of original loudness that u/YouComicalChap could record

Picture 4 (TEST 1): Spectrogram of the adjusted song from Vinyl Rip

Picture 5 (TEST 2 & Test 3): These ones have the same spectrogram level but with one is a little bit lower than the other.

Picture 6 (TEST 4): Spectrogram of the adjusted song from Vinyl Rip

All the spectrograms are followed up with their respect loudness properties (track and peak gain) which are showing to the top right corner of each image.

As u can see from all the picture I shared, there is a difference between their spectograms and loudness properties. Even though, I managed to boost not accurately, some hertz that range from 4 khz to 12 khz and above 16 khz were not improved right as I was expecting to.

Therefore, this led me to start from zero and trying to do it right. After so many attempts (as you can seen it in the picture 7 lol), I feel that I did it great. :)

Here are the results:

Picture 8: Spectrogram of the adjusted song from Vinyl Rip

I will name it as "Test N* 18.

Its peak and track gain levels were:

Name Status Track gain Track peak
Disco Darling (Adjusted Vinyl Rip) [Test 18] Success -9.82 dB 0.959401

By converting into MP3 and comparing to the original one:

Name Status Track gain Track peak
Disco Darling (Adjusted vinyl rip into MP3) Success -9.82 dB 1.088605

Name Status Track gain Track peak
Disco Darling (OG MP3) Success -9.82 dB 1.067978

The adjusted one is a little bit louder than the original one.

UPDATE 2: I level up the hertz of the song ranging between 16 khz to 21 khz and it led to the following information:

I will name it as "Test N* 20

Picture 9: Spectrogram of the adjusted song from Vinyl Rip

Name Status Track gain Track peak
Disco Darling (Adjusted Vinyl Rip) [Test 20] Success -10.00 dB 0.970510

By converting into MP3 and comparing to the original one:

Name Status Track gain Track peak
Disco Darling (Adjusted vinyl rip) Success -10.00 dB 1.118281

Name Status Track gain Track peak
Disco Darling Success -9.82 dB 1.067978

Result: The adjusted vinyl rip is a little bit louder than the original one.

UPDATE 3: I am sooo HAPPY! :D because for some reason when I was reworking on the Test number 20 and noticed that the levels between 416Hz to 1.42 kHz (based on the app FX Sound) were a little bit lower. As a result, I decided to level up that part. After I check its loudness properties and Spectrogram, I was surprised that its track gain turns back into -9.84 with peak of 0.970510. O 0 O

Picture 10: Spectrogram of the adjusted song from Vinyl Rip

And... when I converted it into MP3 format, I found out that:

Name Status Track gain Track peak
Disco Darling (Adjusted vinyl rip into MP3) Success -9.84 dB 1.110340

Comparing to the original MP3 Loudness:

Name Status Track gain Track peak
Disco Darling (OG MP3) Success -9.82 dB 1.067978

I will call it as Test 21 (The last adjustment)

Below, you will find a new Drive link I share:

vvvvvvvvvvvvvv

New Drive Link
^^^^^^^^^^

It include Test number 18, 20 and 21.

Later on I will organize the file and let u all know about it.

After all what I did, I think that would be enough for now. :D

Choose the one that best fits you. :)

ENJOY!
