Siguro isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit hindi masyadong kilala yung Caviteño cuisine ay dahil karamihan nung mga delicacies ng Cavite na dito lang matatagpuan ay sa Cavite City lang mostly sine-serve o niluluto. Parang hindi naman kinakain sa labas ng Cavite City yung Bacalao (salted codfish in achuete sauce), Bibingkoy (mung bean pastry with langka sauce) pati yung Pancit Pusit/Pancit Choco y Tinta. Mostly talaga sa Cavite City lang matitikman ang mga ito, dahil naghanap ako ng mga ganitong pagkain sa labas ng Cavite City, wala akong mahanap. Yung Pipyan, nakatikim ako noon sa Imus, pero sa Cavite City din yata yun nag-originate. Ang pagkaing Caviteño na mostly ay sine-serve sa labas ng Cavite City at yung Pipyan, Mutya ng Cavite tsaka Imus Longganisa. I won't consider Arroz Valenciana as Caviteño food, kasi hindi lang tayo ang meron nyan. Pati Bulacan at Pampanga, meron din silang ganyan. Sana mas sumikat at makilala pa ang pagkaing Caviteño. Malaki ang responsibilidad ng Cavite City, dahil maraming Caviteño delicacies ang doon makikita.

I'm really curious about this. Why do a lot of Barangays in Indang starts with the prefix Kay? What does it mean? There are Barangays there like Kayquit, Kaytapos and Kaytitinga. Are these Old Tagalog words? Thanks to whoever will respond.

Technically, there’s no line. People who ride the Imus-Makati P2P buses sit on the benches waiting for the next scheduled bus. Pero laging may mga sumisingit, tumatakbo para mauna, knowing na mas nauna yung iba sa kanila and the seats are limited kaya very common na ang standing. This always happens and I honestly didn’t mind before kaso ang lala, inunahan pa yung senior na nauna sa kanya then hindi pa tatayo sa seat hangga’t hindi pa pinatayo nung konduktor, kalalaking tao! To those who ride at 11AM from Vermosa to Makati, y’all know who I’m talking about kasi it’s always the same kulot guy.
