Annual Board Meeting next Thursday, 10/15
The annual board meeting is next week, Thursday, October 15th. Please plan to attend or find a proxy to make your voice heard.
📍 Church of St. Teresa, Basement Auditorium (enter via the parking lot)
🕡 Check-in starts at 6:30 PM. The meeting begins at 7:00 PM.
We can't vote without quorum, so every shareholder matters.
Can't make it? Give your proxy to a friend or neighbor you trust. The proxy form is the last page of the packet that came with the financial statement. Write in their name and be sure to sign it.
If you can't find a proxy, Robert from RealTegrity has volunteered to be a proxy. He is a Celtic Park Shareholder going on 25 years.
If any Shareholder is not able to attend the Annual Meeting on the 15th, Robert is happy to be assigned as your Proxy. Simply fill out the Proxy, attach a list of Candidates Names and # of Shares you would like me to vote toward each of your Candidates, and drop it off at my office on the corner of Greenpoint Ave and 43rd St:

The office is typically open Monday -Friday from 9AM-7PM, and he is typically in 11AM-7PM. If he is not there, it can be left with his assistant. Your list of Candidates and # of votes for each will be kept confidential.
