Considering buying an armor 30 or 33

Recently I've been considering getting either the armor 30 or 33 just for the sake of having a cool/different phone. The only thing holding me back is the posts in here talking about how fragile the speakers, cameras and fingerprint readers are on those newer models.

I have two questions that I'd like answered:

  1. Are those problems a ulefone qc issue and bad parts being shipped or just users dropping it and having bad luck? Personally I don't usually drop phones and am still using a 2018 iphone as a secondary phone, it's in mint condition and the fingerprint reader works flawlessly. Am not going to commit on a phone that comes DOA tho.

  2. People usually say the loud speakers die every six months to a year, personally I only use the speakers for alarms and a podcast here and there while Im shaving my head, I'll never use it maxed out but would still enjoy a working speaker.

Lately I've been watching roopull's vídeos (another user here in the sub), his experience seems to be great and his vídeos are also good, I really want to get that armor 30 but am not going to commit to something that'll possibly waste my money.

Unihertz Tank 4 Pro vs Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra vs Oukitel WP200 Pro vs Doogee V Max 2 Pro vs Blackview Xplore 2 reliability/quality control?

Looking at these 5 phones and the specs are incredible but I want something that I can keep and use for a while and I've heard very mixed reviews of all 5 brands, any feedback would be very much appreciated thank you! :)

I also live in Canada so I'd be using them in below -20°C for about 4 months of the year.

My alternative to these is to get a used Samsung S20 Ultra 5g for the same price which I'm sure has a more reliable build quality but it's a pretty old phone too so I'd rather get one of these if it's good enough.

My 2 main criteria are that the phone must have an SD card slot and over 12gb of hardware RAM (preferably 16gb)
