What will happen if I will use melted/browned margarine for my chocolate chip cookies?
Hi! It's my first time making chocolate chip cookies. I am
planning to use melted/browned margarine in my
chocolate chip cookies, instead of butter (because pure
butter is expensive). Will there be an effect? Also, if I want my cookies to be large too, what are the things to consider?
