"Ulterior Motives" proved why physical media is so important

Everyone obviously knows this song is an absolute hit and way better than it should be considering it's origins.

If Angels of Passion had never been digitized, we might still be searching for the song today. Likewise, if the original recording hadn’t survived on a physical cassette, we may never have heard the song in its original form (unless you were a gooner). Also back then, it was SUPER unpopular to have those type of films on your shelves and if people knew that you did then you would get weird looks or get shamed on. If it weren't for "Carl92" being a gooner then we would have never heard of that song.

If it weren't for the song being recorded on a PHYSICAL cassette type which is like a holy grail then it would have never been found in it's truest form which is terrible to think about it. Digital files can disappear, websites can go offline, and archives can be lost. But a cassette, CD, VHS tape, or other physical copy can preserve something for decades until someone rediscovers it. "Owning" something digitally is in actuality, renting it. These companies like Amazon prime can just take away that movie forever, altering it, and not giving you a refund. PlayStation/Xbox can just do the same things too which they unfortunately already are.

I highly recommend all of y'all to have this song being recorded physically whether it's a CD, cassette, and DVD.
Having a physical copy can help ensure it survives for future generations. I also recommend having it be digitalized because physical media doesn't last forever too (just like us) and having it be saved on USB, your computer, and whatnot. God bless and #physicalmediaforever 🖤🙏

Any chance of Ulterior Motives hitting the Billboard charts?

This would be historic and amazing if this song could hit the Billboard charts, specifically the dance/electronic chart or something like that. Its doing shockingly well on streaming, so it may have a fighting chance. Especially if people are buying downloads of the song on platforms like iTunes! I would love it if this song got a Billboard entry although its still iconic and in the history books regardless.
