Citi Bike overcharge: $4.99 for 30 mins vs $4.99 unlock
I've noticed an overcharge issue when renting a Citi Bike in the Lyft app. Before scanning the bike, it says $4.99 for 30 mins + $0.41 for each additional minute. But after completing the ride, I'm charged $4.99 unlock fee + $0.41 for each minute. Big disparity for a 30 minute bike ride. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Lyft, of course, are not replying.... UPDATE: Messaged Lyft on X.com and they refunded me the difference. Wild that X is how you contact customer support these days.
