What was the deal with the weird artwork underneath the CD tray on An Ånswer Can Be Found?

I’ve always wondered about this. The artwork for everything else is really high quality and follows a consistent theme, and then you have this hand drawn, almost homemade looking illustration.
Was this also done by the album cover artist?

Novaks Website

I placed an order off of Novaks website and I’m curious if anyone else has? It’s been over a week and I haven’t gotten even an email from them, but the money came out. I can’t log into the website either as it boots me to some lockdown error page every time. There’s also no customer support or contact info I can find. Just wondering other’s experiences. Thanks!

How rare is this?

So I got this off of ckyalliance about 15 years ago and it was considered something of a rarity back then. I know they released a B-sides and oddities album not long after but I wanted to know a bit more? If I remember correctly, these were released alongside the original landspeed VHS. Please tell me if I'm wrong.
