Successful refund?
Has anyone received a successful refund of the pre-order you paid in advance?
I received immediately an e-mail asking for the reason and after it that they would forward it to their team to elaborate on the steps to be taken for the refund.
However, it has been 10 days since then. I followed up on Monday whether the team has been notified but no answer so far.
