Code that has been made about 15yrs ago by DOMINO’S PIZZA, and probably forgotten by everyone

https://preview.redd.it/19agigc0ag2h1.jpg?width=348&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=31e2099ee46071fd48b18b9b6d2ca23831d9c753

Original question:

"Please decode the following cipher and provide the last two words. Separate the words with a single space."

So basically this means the plain text is in English. (We don't say things like that about Japanese text.)

Contexts:

This is a cryptogram that Domino's Pizza Japan used in a contest about 15 years ago.

At the time, this campaign featured numerous similar puzzles, and the first person to solve each one received a coupon for a year’s supply of free pizza. While it’s clear that dozens of puzzles were solved within the campaign period, there were two that remained unsolved until the very end—and this cipher was one of them.

For a while, some enthusiasts attempted to solve the problems posted during the campaign, but updates from that community have long since ceased, and I am haunted by nightmares whenever I think about this problem.

It has been publicly disclosed that MENSA JAPAN was involved in creating this cipher.

Note:

The campaign has already ended, so there are no terms of service issues with posting this problem to this community now.

Need help decrypting my August 12, 2025 entry I wrote at school

So far I have decrypted the first word as SUPER and the last word as TOGETHER. (lmk if wrong)

I have wrote such letter to the world that I want to let it all out after these months. (I hope this is the correct one but i swear i have written it in blue, if this isn't it i will follow up in another post)

Unfortunately don't have time and resources to manually decrypt this. And it might have some errors myself, so I have to leave it to you guys.

To help, I used substitution cipher using Kirby and the Forgotten Land alphabet.

Thank you so much in advance

How do I identify or solve this cipher?

This comes from a niche arg “Files Found: Do Not Open” on TikTok. Some context that might help is that the arg is very heavy on computer and coding things, generally as metaphors, especially things from late 90s early 2000s. It’s used this type of cipher at least once before.

398 3B1 20 3BC 3C0 3BF 3C1 3BF 3CD 3C3 3B5 3C2 20 3BD 3B1 20 3B5 3AF 3C7 3B5 3C2 20 3B1 3CO 3BF 3C4 3C1 3AD 3C8 3B5 3B9 20 3C0 3BF 3BB 3BB ЗАC 2C 20 3B5 3AF 3BD 3B1 3B9 20 3BA 3C1 3AF 3BC 3B120
3CO 3BF 3C5 20 3AE 3C3 3BF 3C5 3BD 20 3C4 3CC 3C3 3BF 20 3B5 3B3 3C9 3B9 3C3 3C4 ЗАE 3CS 2E

The older cipher:

39F 20 3C0 3C5 3AE 3BD 3B1 3CW 20 3C3 3BF 3C5 20 3B4 3B5 3BD 20 3C3 3BF 3C5 20 3B1 3BD 3AE 3BA 3B5 3B9 20 3C0 3B9 3B1 2E

There seems to be a pattern of each section starting with 3, potential spaces or maybe periods or commas as 20, ending with 2E.
I am very new to ciphers. Any help is deeply appreciated! V sbyybjrq gur ehyrf.

Two Alpha Table

V sbyybjrq gur ehyrf

This is a table-based cipher that relies on two tables: One is the alphabet (alphatable)  and the other is the cipher-alphabet (keytable)

The alphatable is just A0-Z25.

Here’s how the encryption works:

Say for example, the keytable is

| Z | Y | X | W | T | U | V | S | R | Q | P | O | N | M | L | K | J  | I  | H | G |

And the plaintext is: THIS IS A TEST MESSAGE.

Take the a0-z25 position of the first letter and count the number of spots from left to right on the keytable, where z is 0, y is 1, and so on.

“T” is the 20th letter of the alphabet, so count 20 spots. “Z” should be the first letter of the ciphertext. Remove that letter from the keytable.

| Y | X | W | T | U | V | S | R | Q | P | O | N | M | L | K | J  | I  | H | G |

Repeat the steps until the entire plaintext is encrypted

The resulting example ciphertext should be: ZQOW MV X LPIY NJHUSGK

Here’s the ciphertext to solve:

ZQXIL MWN PSH JUTKGRV YOYX IJS ZP WU NVGQKHL RO MTNWYTJR L XU KVMHQPO GZS IV PTSYR OW NXKULH IJ QZ GMY UXIS QW RPTOVMNZKLG HJZQ KV XIRT JN OLM SWG YUHPGU YILQS WTO NK MP RZXHV JYRPKVU L ITMX OJNW HSZQ GL YQVTR WKUOSJN XMG PH ZIUMY VNSTWIKXHRZP QG LJO ZQXU SMPG WKNLO YHTVRJI YXTRHQLUV

Hard Riddle Looking for pattern/cipher breakdown — I believe the solution is embedded in structure, not semantics.”

This riddle was made by him, i’m trying to figure it out clues he’s given “It will take weeks to solve it, if it's ever solved.” “This isn’t something AI can figure out by the way.”

“There, that’s the only hint until Week 2.” He said he also came up with it

I have a cypher for yall to solve

this is one I've been thinking about for a while. im not too familiar with the etiquette here so, if yalls need something you just ask! and uhh, V ernq gur ehyrf >.<

an afterthought i wanted to mention after reading the automod comment, this does decode to plain English text.

need help interpreting note found on door

my friend recently found this note starched to their door and it seemed very strange. it has what i assume to be bible verses to be handwritten with a strange style of capitalization. we thought perhaps it could be a code but couldn’t come up with any kind of pattern or meaning. if not a code what else could this message be for ? what purpose would somebody randomly leave bible verses on someone’s door ? nobody else around them received any note.

My friend passed away and left me a note with random words

My friend passed away recently. I was with him during his last days, and before he died, he gave me a note with a bunch of random words written on it.

At first, it looked like nonsense. The words do not really make sense together. I showed the phrases to a few friends, but none of us could figure it out.

One friend suggested maybe it could be some kind of coded message, and that I should try moving the words up or down in the dictionary to see if it reveals anything.

I do not know if he was hallucinating, writing random thoughts, or trying to leave some kind of message.

Any idea how to decode it?

Call of the Elder Gods: a secret message in the credits

Hi everybody,

I finished a game called COTEG and in the credits I found an apparently encrypted message:

OTWDN WNWNP XBSTT OUZVY WPNXT AEWLR NXGLH ATWOU NIWDG QPTST

DCSDH AQSFT TGYIG TZDIR NBHNT UFCRX LTRLA GICMG NW

Can you help me to uncrypt it please? I believe it is either in english either in spanish (game in english but the paragraph was like acknowledgements in spanish).

Update to code I posted yesterday?

Update to my original post from yesterday

I just found this folded up inside one of the little pockets of the purse. I didn’t even register what it was at first because the reverse is some sort of ticket.
