Desperately need help with my space

I inherited a small cafe located in the lobby of a 31 floor tower. The space has always been kind of dark and bland overall, but I am looking to make it more warm and inviting so people will be encouraged to stay and hang out. HOWEVER, we are not allowed to paint the walls or change the lighting.
If this was your space, what would you do?
I’ve attached a few picture of the space.

Thank you!

Making alt milk more affordable-- any supplier recs?!

I recently opened by coffee shop and I have been struggling with finding reliable and affordable alternative milk suppliers. I don't mind buying from grocery stores or Costco, but ideally would love to find either a supplier I can buy from directly that will deliver, or curious to know your thoughts on what brands and where you're buying from? I've considered using generic brands like Kirkland oat milk, but I'm pretty hesitant to do so because I'm not familiar with quality and brand perception. I've been buying Oatly or Planet Oat from Kroger, but it's been a struggle having enough in stock and also balancing the high cost of them- and I hate that I have to charge around $1 for almond or oat. Would love to know what has been working for you- what brands, costs, and where are you buying from? Thanks in advance!
