Hi everyone,

I’m trying to understand what is currently happening with the Cognizant Digital Nurture 5.0 OFF-CAMPUS Java FSE process.

I completed my technical interview on August 11, 2026 and I’m still waiting for an official update. Recent Reddit discussions are becoming confusing because many posts are about 2027 campus hiring, GenC/GenC Next and Aug 21 Round-2 interviews.

Could anyone from the OFF-CAMPUS Java FSE process clarify the following?

1. Are the off-campus technical interviews fully completed, or are interviews still being conducted for some candidates/batches?
2. Has any off-campus Java FSE candidate who interviewed around Aug 11–14 received a selection, rejection, LOI, offer, or official email?
3. Has anyone received a Superset status change after the interview?
4. Is there actually a Round 2 for off-campus Java FSE candidates, or is the Round-2/GenC Next process only for the 2027 campus hiring?
5. If Round 2 exists for off-campus, what triggers it and who gets called?
6. Are off-campus candidates first selected for GenC and then considered for GenC Next, similar to the campus process, or is the off-campus process different?
7. Has anyone received a genuine update directly from Cognizant, HR, Superset, or their placement/TPO team about the off-campus result timeline?
8. Some candidates are saying results may come by the end of August, while others are mentioning 4–7 weeks or even longer. Has anyone received a confirmed timeline from Cognizant?
9. Are the recent Aug 21 second technical interviews completely unrelated to off-campus candidates?
10. For candidates who completed the interview and are still showing Applied/unchanged status, is there any confirmed indication of selection or rejection, or is the application simply still under processing?

Also, if anyone has already received any official update, please share the timeline if comfortable:

Interview date → Superset status → Result/Email date → Selected category (if mentioned)

Also mention whether you received any HR/document-verification/next-round communication before the final result.

This will help us understand whether CTS is processing candidates batch-wise and what the actual off-campus timeline looks like.

Please reply only if you are OFF-CAMPUS and mention:

Interview date | Java FSE | Off-campus | Current Superset status | Any email/LOI/result

Please don't mix campus/2027 updates with off-campus updates, because that is causing a lot of confusion.

I’m mainly trying to understand what stage the off-campus DN 5.0 Java FSE process is actually in right now and what happens next.

Im joining newly on September. Does elcot location have shuttle service? If not how do people manage to walk in if reaching via bus? Sholinganallur p u bus stand is far, and hcl entrance is 1.5km, back gate entrance does not look safe to walk in.

I have few doubts regarding the Interview,

In my campus, We gave interview on the 11th and 12th August for Java React Full Stack Engineer

Since, As per previous Reddit. I read the results of Java Angular FSE people who gave interview on 4th - 6th August are receiving the updates Second Round interview tomorrow.

For Java React Full Stack Engineer, I believe results to be released tentatively between 25th August - 26th August (Give your opinions on this as well)

My question are

1. Will there be another interview round for Gen C Next Role (6.75 LPA Package)
2. If I cleared the Round 1 (Gen C Role Interview) and moved to Round 2 Interview (Gen C Next Interview) and some how scenario case I failed in the Round 2 will reject whole offer or they will offer me the Gen C Package?
3. If I get selected for Round 2 Interview, What are the things I need prepare for it, For Round 1, I have prepared for OOPS, SQL, Basic Coding Questions and walkthrough my resume. similarly for the Round 2 (Gen C Next Interview) What I should prepare any suggestion.

I request people who participate in Digital Nurture 4.0 Program people give a insight on the above questions.

Can anyone say the In hand salary do we get for the new incremented salary for GenC FTE

Hi everyone! I’m trying to understand whether the timeline/onboarding mail is being released according to the LOI date.

If you have received a timeline mail, please share:

- LOI date:

- Timeline mentioned in mail: (e.g., Oct–Dec / Dec–Jan / Jan–Feb)

- Role: (PAT/GenC/etc.)

- On-campus/Off-campus:

- Cluster(Python, Java, C#) :

- Internship done or not :

For example, I’m noticing a possible pattern where:

Early October LOI → Oct–Dec timeline

Late October LOI → Dec–Jan timeline

November LOI → Jan–Feb / Feb–Mar timeline

I want to collect more data to see whether this pattern is actually consistent or just coincidental. By this we can find that if this is only generic mail because of the pressure we have created by asking them continuously through mails.

I just wanna confirm if everyone of us has received the delay mail or there people who are waiting for offer letters without receiving the delay mail.

Like if suppose everyone one of us has received the mail it could be because of our constant mail requests.

We can receive the ol before our tentative joining.

A classmate of mine received ol after the delay mail.

So share ur responses guys please

Are you guys looking for Jobs and internships in the waiting period of Cognizant delay! I got feb - may 2027 mail - Dec 23 LOI - Java cluster GenC PAT.
are u guys doing any courses? If so please comment and tell what are you guys doing? Because for me i apply to millions of job and internships and all i m getting are rejection mail or ghosting.

I completed the internship in June. And now I am waiting for the mail. I got the timeline mail saying that I'll get the full time employment in oct to Dec. Getting bored. I'm done with this waiting 😭
