Looking for someone to take over my lease at Hudson Square Apartments in Westerville. It’s a 778 square foot, 1 bed, 1 bathroom with in-unit washer and dryer. It’s on the third floor and does have a nice covered balcony. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space and an island. There is a closet in the bedroom with a good amount of storage space as well as a coat closet by the front door.

There is also a garage that would be included in the lease as well as a complimentary trash pick up service that the complex provides. The club house has a nice computer room and gym, as well as a ski ball machine, pool table, outdoor pool and community grill. There’s also a small dog park.
