New theme song?

I wouldn’t mind a really cool mash up of all the times Scott and pft did that cantina jizz music (I believe is what it’s called from Star Wars? As I’m typing this I’m worried I’m not right) the ba ba ba da da da dahhh da di da di diddy doo doo whatever… then with like the lady ai saying comedy bang bang as she’s been doing? At least it still reminds me of the show is why I suggest

167.5kg (369lbs) Crawfordov stone back to shoulder, properly.

Shouldered this last year before my appendix went kaboom and gave me gangrene and sepsis (7 months ago). Then had a big battle at Donald Dinnie Day 2026 with it, got it to shoulder there but not steady. Means so much to get this again post-surgery and for the first time with a t shirt too! Just can’t beat the buzz of natural stone lifting. This stone is my namesake stone (I got to name it because I was first to shoulder it) and it resides down at Transition Fitness, Montrose, Scotland for anyone wanting a lift.

Dear Medford: thank you!

I have tickets for CBB on Thursday and I was like "why the hell did they come to Troy, NY twice ever?!?!"

Then I realized they just added a date on either side of the rescheduled date from the manhole explosions. Bless you Medford, and all your dysfunctional holes. Hope your show is twice as good!
