Malware possibly gave acess to all my passwords and data to a hacker. What should I do?

I dont know if this is the correct forum to post this. If not, let me know which one could help me. I downloaded some malicious virus or i dont know what it is while looking for mods for my games. I suspect that program gave all my data to a hacker, because i lost access to my steam account, roblox account and i know someone entered other apps, like EA and discord. I still suspect the malware is somewhere in my pc, and while i used diferent antivirus and all of them said that there was nothing wrong, i fear that someone could sell my stuff or directly impersonate me. Please help on how I can find this virus.

CPU won’t post

Whenever I try turning on my pc my Mobo just flashes red on the cpu led light and occasionally flashes every few seconds afterwards. 8 pin is good, reset the cmos by disconnecting the battery, checked the big Mobo cable, tried a screwdriver to the pins to see if it turns on, tried every ram slot one ram at a time, checked the actual cpu cleaned and reapplied the thermal paste. This all happened after I switched gpus and two of the side fans stopped spinning so I checked the cables by the psu and afterwards everything went to shit so any advice or harsh reality bad news of having to buy something new despite how much I’ve been trying to not do that would be very much appreciated.

Deltarune has no sound

I tried playing Deltarune on Ubuntu, but there isn't any sound. I tried looking up this problem to see if there was a solution that worked, but none of the stuff I found online worked. Maybe the issue I'm encountering is unique. How do I fix this issue? Im using Ubuntu 24.04.4

Graphics card is not being detected but pc still running

Graphics card is not being detected in my pc, despite the fans have been moving and I get display from motherboard hdmi.

I played battlefield 1 for few hours and the temperature was not more than 73 degrees the whole time, I went away and after some time the PC went into sleep and when I returned there was no display with the graphics card, Earlier in the morning when I turned it on there was no display for the first time and the second time after the windows login I got a solid blank pink screen, then the 3rd time it worked and I tested it by playing battlefield for over an hour and then the sleep thing happened. I tried reseating the card it didn't work I tried resetting the motherboard by removing CMOS and I even did a CMOS jump by Shorting the pins or something by their metal plastic cap in the motherboard which had a metal contact, but it was to no avail.

The card is a second hand GTX 1660 and the motherboard is a H81h3m4, processor is i5 4440s with 450W of power supply and 8GB DDR3 Ram.

On Google gemini it told me those fixes but later it said the PCIe slot has gone into a sleep state which might be unrecoverable due to glitch in Sleep settings of motherboard and the graphics card which is due to generation difference.

There has been no BSOD, the recent change is the graphics card and before that I tried slightly upgrading the cpu which is the current i5 4440s
