Seeking dashcam footage: White SUV hit at Coquitlam Centre on May 16 (2–4 PM)

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone in the community might be able to help.

My white SUV was parked at Coquitlam Centre, near the Walmart / H&M entrance, on Saturday, May 16, between 2–4 PM. It was parked properly within the lines. When I returned, I found that another vehicle had hit it and left a noticeable scrape and dent.

I’m attaching a photo of the exact parking spot and the section of the lot where I was parked, in case it helps jog anyone’s memory or match dashcam angles.

If you were parked in that area during that time and have dashcam footage, even a short clip, it would be extremely helpful.

Thank you to anyone willing to take a look — I really appreciate it.

Local tennis tournament only open to Koreans

Interesting that they used a white person for the poster though 😂

Car got swiped-and-run at Cineplex Coquitlam, need help…

Hi everyone, I know it’s a shot in the dark but I would really appreciate some help. My car was parked at the Cineplex Coquitlam between 3:15PM - 5:45PM and got swiped badly on the left back side. The other vehicle just left the scene and there were no cameras in the lot… I was hoping someone might have seen this happening or have dashcam footage that could help? I parked on the left side of the surface parking lot. Thank you very much!!

No parking on Ebert Ave from May 16 - Jun 30

Any Redditors here live near Ebert Ave? I just moved here and they put a bunch of cones like this saying No Parking for the whole street. The road doesn't need to fix so why? It's for a long period too. Where else ppl can park their cars? SMDH

Bingsoo (Korean Shaved Ice) around Coquitlam Centre?

I really miss Snowy Village on Pinetree and I am craving bingsoo. Are all the remaining spots (besides Cup Full in Henderson Food Court) around Burquitlam?

Easy hiking trails with a preschooler

Hi everyone!

I’m fairly new to the Coquitlam area and with the weather being warmer these days I want to go to a few trails with my preschooler. He is fairly active but has a broken arm in a sling at the moment.

We have been given the green light by the specialist to go hiking, provided he is not going to be going on steep hills that will increase risk of falling and possibly damage the cast as well.

I am a complete beginner when it comes to bringing a little one to a trail. What is a fairly flat, easy hiking trail to bring a preschooler? I would say 1-2 hours tops in terms of length and also if it’s just a small group if we need to watch for bears on certain trials and how to prepare for that?

Thanks in advance!

Archery Class/Shooting Range

Would you happen to know where my wife and I can take archery classes and hopefully go somewhere every now and then to shoot at targets? Preferably indoors, but outdoors work too!

Where I get reasonably-priced Diatomaceous Earth?

House got any problem and would like to try DE. Reasonable price for a pound should be $4-$7 but the ones I can find at hardware stores or super stores are advertised as pest control and sold at $15+ for only 200g.

Is there any store that are carrying/selling DE in bulk. I do not want to pay $10 more just for the “beautiful” bottle.

Thanks
