Popular YouTuber with a selfclaimed FACEIT Creator Badge threatens teammate with a ban and uses an antisemitic slur
I wanted to share something that happened in a FACEIT match I played recently involving TypishCalvin / TypischCalvin, a German YouTuber with around 800,000 subscribers.
I had played with him before and everything was completely fine, so when he invited me again, I joined. During this match, however, he became increasingly toxic toward one of our teammates, who was also speaking German.
He repeatedly insulted the teammate during the match, but one moment in particular stood out. He threatened to get him banned, explicitly referred to having a FACEIT Creator Badge, claimed the player would be gone for a week, and then used “Jew” as an insult against him.
The original audio is in German and is included in the attached clip.
What makes this especially concerning is not only the insult itself. He explicitly invoked his FACEIT Creator Badge while threatening another player with a ban, as if his status on the platform gave him some kind of influence over moderation.
That raises a pretty simple question for FACEIT:
Is this really the kind of behavior you want associated with someone carrying a Creator Badge on your platform?
This was not just a single frustrated comment after losing a round. He repeatedly insulted the teammate during the match and eventually escalated to using the teammate's perceived Jewish identity as an insult while simultaneously using his FACEIT status as part of a threat.
A Creator Badge gives the impression that someone has been recognized by FACEIT and represents a certain level of standing within the community. In my opinion, that makes behavior like this even more concerning, not less.
If FACEIT chooses to recognize creators with badges on its platform, I think it is fair to question what standards those creators are expected to uphold, especially when someone explicitly uses that badge while threatening another player.
I'm not posting this to encourage harassment or mass reports. The clip is here so people, and hopefully FACEIT, can judge the behavior for themselves.
I'd genuinely like to know whether FACEIT considers this acceptable conduct from someone carrying one of its Creator Badges.

CS2 skin design was gatekept by pricey software & steep learning curves.
I built CS2SkinMaker: free and browser-based.
It's like canva for designing CS2 skins.
Try it out, and please share your feedback with me, so i can make it even better :-)
(im not trying to like self promo, but i really just wanted to share it to people that might find it useful)
Bots in Deathmatch are now using meme soundboards
It's been a few days that I can see bots on deathmatch using soundboards (like bruuuh when he gets killed ). Bots are getting upgrades, AI boosted bots are coming guys..
Bits and pieces from the last couple of weeks
Every couple of weeks I make a short compilation with some moments from my sessions to upload on YT, documenting the journey and having something to look back on. Thought I'd share the latest batch here too.
Most popular smoke wall on Nuke by professional players in the last six months
Recently, I have posted the most popular smokes on Mirage and Dust2 but for Nuke that doesn't quite work because the strongest outside smokes are usually thrown in pairs. So this time I'm showing the most popular pro smoke wall on Nuke: the version spanning from main to garage, rather than the wall between red and secret. Its main weakness is that the players crossing can still be peaked from Heaven. The Red smokes, on the other hand, can be peaked while crossing from T-spawn to Red or require an additional smoke.
Execution:
- Stand in the corner where the fence begins as you exit T-spawn.
- For smoke 1, aim at the point where the second horizontal metal bar from the top of the silo meets with the imagined extension of the second vertical bar of the blue container in front of you. Jump-throw.
- For smoke 2, keep the same height and move your crosshair left until the horizontal metal bar meets the vertical pipe. Aim at the inner part of the pipe and jump-throw.
Smoke 1 (first throw):
- 979 professional uses in the last six months, ranked #2 among 124 Nuke smokes. It has 2,941 lifetime uses, ranked #4 all-time.
- Top users: XertioN (62), Mezii (58), and Siuhy (44)
- Top teams: paiN Gaming (103), HEROIC (71), and MOUZ (67)
Smoke 2 (second throw):
- 1,017 professional uses in the last six months, ranked #1 among 124 Nuke smokes. It has 3,814 lifetime uses, ranked #2 all-time.
- Top users: Mezii (62), XertioN (51), and Siuhy (48)
- Top teams: paiN Gaming (112), HEROIC (76), and Team Vitality (66)
Amongst all of the over 2,500 combinations that occurred since the beginning of 2024, it was thrown by one player in 99.7% of the cases (makes sense - it's thrown from one position). So if a teammate drops you a smoke you can easily create this smoke wall by yourself and have your team take outside control.
We made a tool that increases your chance of a fair match in CS2 Premier/Competitive – and it’s ready for testing. Need your feedback.
Hey everyone,
If you’ve ever queued Premier or Competitive in CS2, you know the pain: you start with hope, and two rounds later you’re facing a spinbot or a wh dogshit. FACEIT solves the cheater problem, but you lose your in-game stats, weekly drops, and the official rank progression.
So we built something different.
CleanStrike is a lightweight desktop tool (Windows) that coordinates matchmaking so that you and your teammates are more likely to land on the same server with other players who also have FACEIT Anti-Cheat running. We don’t touch the game’s memory or modify anything – we just coordinate your search and lock down unnecessary server regions when you’re in a lobby.
GITHUB LINK: https://github.com/Se4a/CleanStrike
Site: https://clean-strike.pro/
How it works:
- Checks both FACEIT Anti-Cheat (kernel-level anti-cheat) and external (NON-kernel-level cheats) – the kind that bypass typical detection.
- Narrows matchmaking down to a specific region and server so you’re not gambling on who you get matched with.
- If some cunt disables their anti-cheat mid-match, CleanStrike immediately cuts their CS2 network access – no cheats, no bullshit.
- You keep your rank, your stats, and your weekly drops. Everything stays where it should be.
Note: CleanStrike is not a cheat, does not inject anything, and does not violate Steam’s SSA. It’s a coordination layer, not a modification.
We’re a small team (two people) doing this in our free time. If you like the idea, we’d love your support – and if you’re interested in the future, let us know.
Thanks for reading, and even more if you give it a try!
Why do people cheat?
I know I will be opening myself up for flaming but I would really like some
serious answers for this from the people who use cheats on counter-strike.
I have been playing video games for over 20 years and Counter-Strike is the
only one I've played with enough challenge and excitement that keeps me
playing almost everyday for many year. It is an excellent game without a
doubt.
However, with the addition of so many cheaters out there, CS is dying a slow
death.. I know many die-hard CS fans that have quit playing because of the
rampant cheating that goes on in almost all servers even with VAC or Faceit anticheat. Maybe
some of you have noticed that the number of servers available is about LESS than it was just a year ago.
Alright, enough rambling. My question is this:
Assuming you actually play CS not, what type of
satisfaction is there from winning rounds that you have an obvious advantage
over everyone else? When the scoreboard comes up at the end of a map cycle,
I can honestly say "yea, I kicked ass that time" and feel a sense of
accomplishment for doing well. (or learn from mistakes if I sucked). What
satisfaction do YOU get from cheating?
CS2 long startup time
Hi everyone!
I recently came back to playing CS2 after 4-5 years break. In the meantime, I've changed my pc so I installed CS and the problem I'm having is that it literally takes 4min20sec from the moment I press PLAY on Steam till I get in main menu. I have stable 250-270 FPS in matches, and matches themselves load in matter of seconds, but game booting takes forever, so I guess that rules out insufficient hardware. I'm playing Valorant and PUBG from time to time, buy they boot in seconds as well, only problem is with CS.
I tried bunch of stuff I've found online, verifying integrity of files, removing shader cache, increasing limit for shader loading in Nvidia APP, I've checked if I have any launch commands, disabling Steam overlay, excluding it from antivirus, but nothing solves it. I have 512gb SSD which I use only for operating system and CS, other games are on HDD.
Does anyone have a slightest clue what could be causing this?

[Data] 13 Years of Counter-Strike "Monthly Players" — Using Data from the Official CS Blog
I put together an open-source archive of Counter-Strike's historical Monthly Players data, covering CS:GO → CS2 from 2013 to present.
The data is based on the Monthly Players figure published on Counter-Strike's official website (counter-strike.net). The underlying data is collected from Steam's official Web API, while historical snapshots from the Wayback Machine are used to preserve older records.
I also built a tracker to make the full history easier to explore.
GitHub: ZYar-er/cs-mau-archive
A few things I found interesting while going through the dataset:
- CS2's monthly player count is higher than most of the CS:GO era.
- The all-time peak is 32,656,431 in March 2026, during the CS2 era.
- The CS:GO-era peak was 29,303,030 in April 2023.
- In 2026, monthly players increased 9.1% from May to June, then declined 5.7% in July, while still remaining above 30 million.
- Following the Shanghai Major in November 2024, monthly players rose from roughly 25–27 million to around 30 million.
The dataset makes it possible to look at the CS2 transition in the context of the broader CS:GO era, rather than only looking at current player counts.
The raw historical data is available in the repository for further analysis.
Why are certain demographics so rude
just had 3 Russians with 2016 badges stand in my molly on train laughing saying 'American burger American burger' over and over to me, so i got banned.
Let's break that down, Those badges are 10 years ago. The age to fight in the Russian war is 18. So unless they reached level 40 and got that badge at SEVEN YEARS OLD they're being toxic in a game while not fighting for their country.
Fuck these people, Fuck this game, and Fuck... well you know.

Steam hacked
Hey everyone,
I don't know what to do, due to the fact that I am quite desperate, and I am here to ask for help.
Someone run this command on my PC and I don't know how to undo it.
Besides the fact that Steam is constantly giving me an error: *Unexpected Transport Error* and *Steam encountered an unexpected error during startup (0x3000).
Please help me out.
EDIT: Thank everybody for helping me out. I am not that knowledgeable and thank you for your patience.
Claymation-Strike: Snappi Whiff
He just like me frfr
This clip and caster audio from EWC was just too good not to make a quick shitpost on. Just awesome to spend way too much time on something stupid. Started out as a quick and dirty edit but as usual found myself adding more and more details. Probably the quickest I'll get a claymation video out (the larger project I'm working on is a clip from the June Cologne Major lmao).

What is the minimum fps in cs2 to be playable?
i played valorant before on 120fps low settings so i want to know what is the minimum for cs2 cuz i love cs2 more
Could this work? Hear me out.
Hello CS lovers. I wanna start by saying I’m pretty new to CS I’m only 10k elo, 800 hours or so. And I don’t want the game to die before I can actually get good at it. We all know valve fucking hates us and won’t do shit to actually stop cheaters. The reason being,
1: people with low IQ’s keep giving them money.
2: valve profits off cheaters.
But I have noticed that people will proof some extremely solid proof that someone is cheating, so as a community of legit players why does no one start a sub where proof can be uploaded and we can mass report the account/steam profile regardless of if we played in same game with them or not. Sorry if this is a dumb question but would that work? Like 40-50 reports from different profiles on one guy would have to trigger at least a cool down, right?
Translation: I cheat, can you tell?
These losers need constant validation.
