So a card with FMV of $144 this bot just magically knew to offer the exact liquidation offer?

in short story, i tried verifying using my phone, my laptop & my pc, everytime i verified it showed verification success, but then when i want to claim my rewards packs or withdraw my money, it asked me to verify again, anyone ever experienced this? i tried to contact the support team, but no one ever responded lol
