Does anyone here paint kindness rocks?

Does anyone here paint kindness rocks to give to nursing homes, children’s hospitals, cancer centers, or other places where someone might need a little encouragement? ❤️
I also love painting them and leaving them around the community for strangers to find. There’s something special about knowing that a small painted rock with a kind message might brighten someone’s day when they need it most.
I’d love to hear where you leave or donate yours and what kinds of messages you paint on them. 🪨❤️

I’ve always loved the ocean, so I sculpted my own mini glass aquarium using lampwork techniques. 🌊

Craft gals

I’m a pretty anti social person and I love to craft. I’ve made numerous custom lighter cases for my friends, along with necklace pendants & paintings. I wish there was a community of crafty girls we could share each others art / techniques together. I’ve never really had crafty friends because they were more interested in the men’s nether regions. I may be an old soul but I have a man so I don’t need to be looking or talking about that all the time. Basically looking for a new crowd of gals to share these passions with? Someone to paint with on video call to share progress of each project? Is that or could that be a thing?

🎨✨ Here I come with my creativity✨🎨

I’ve been experimenting with bottle painting and upcycling, and I’m SO excited to finally share these four pieces with you! 🥰♻️

Each bottle has its own little story and personality:

1️⃣ Blue Ballerina 💙🩰
2️⃣ Moon Fairy 🌙🧚‍♀️
3️⃣ African-inspired Woman 🧡✨
4️⃣ Village & Nature Scene 💛🌳

I had so much fun bringing these ideas to life with paint, imagination, and a little bit of patience! 😄🎨

Now I need your honest opinion 👀👇
Which one would you pick for your home — 1, 2, 3, or 4?

And please don’t just pick your favorite… tell me WHY! 😍

If you’re an artist or DIY/upcycling lover, I’d also love to hear your suggestions for my next bottle creation!

Let’s see which one wins! 🏆🎨

Problems with Forever Laser (Dark) Transfer Sheets and HP LaserJet

I could use some help with a problem involving transfer sheets for toner transfer printing.

I’m using new transfer sheets from "Forever" and want to use them to transfer an image onto a T-shirt. I’m using an HP LaserJet CF5225 printer. I bought this printer new a while back, and it hasn’t printed even 100 pages yet.

I have to use the printer’s standard paper tray for printing. The films are relatively thin and therefore aren’t recognized correctly in the manual feed tray.

I select “Transfer Paper” as the paper type, the print comes out very dark. So now I’ve been selecting “High Gloss” instead. This usually gives good results.

When I print the design on a regular sheet of paper, the print looks fine.

However, as soon as I use one of the Forever transparencies, I get visible scuff marks in several places (see photo).

Do you have any tips on what settings I should adjust to achieve better results?

Thank you very much for any ideas
