Genuine question: why is Crave such an infuriating app to use? Aside from the overall glitchiness, the app design is terrible and the only reason I haven't cancelled is that we have no other option in Canada for accessing HBO content.
Does anybody work for this company that is even bothered to improve things? Cause I feel like I've seen no improvements over the years and I'm mad that I have to pay for this garbage.
Crave use to be the best streaming app it was basically HBO Canada And had everything now most of the HBO show/docs are gone i can’t get classic or really good docs like the PUNK doc. They have started putting French only shows on here. why not give us the ability to change the language, because if a French/other language watches a English show they always can change the language to French or whatever but it doesn’t work that what the other way around great example is “60 days in” it’s a French only. These are just a couple of things they are simple but it’s going to lose them customers bring back all the HBO shows
Am I crazy or do I not see Dune on Crave?? I can find Dune prophecy the TV show but not part 1 and part 2 of the movies. Am I crazy, or did they remove them?
Anyone else run into this glitch? So I am currently in Paris and while using my cellular network (I’m on Rogers) I tried to see if I could access crave on my phone. Sure enough I got to the home page and then I wanted to see if I could stream the latest episode of Hacks. To my surprise, the video started playing! I immediately began to download episodes of all my current shows onto my phone cause I stupidly forgot to when I was leaving at the airport. I switched back onto the wifi and my offline vids were still there and available to watch. Mind you I am not using any type of VPN.
Has anyone else run into this scenario?
