Please Report Culture Hustle Website

Stuart Semple seems to have been well-respected and his products beloved in the art community for a long time. Unfortunately, since around 2023-24, things seem to be spiraling out of control for him and his business. Until the problems are resolved, I believe consumers should be protected from severely delayed shipping, declining product quality or not receiving products at all past the point of being able to dispute with the credit card company.

The website should not be up until issues are resolved. Emails should not be blasted promoting products that can't be delivered in a timely manner or at all.

After trying to track my order and seeing it was nonexistent I found this reddit and promptly initiated a chargeback with my credit card, thankfully within 60 days.

I think we can all protect other consumers and Mr. Semple from doing more damage to his reputation by reporting the site selling products:

  1. Report to the FTC in the US- ReportFraud.ftc.gov
  2. Report to the CultureHustle. com domain host Domains By Proxy for abuse (using info I found here) - email: abuse@domainsbyproxy.com
  3. Go to Domains By Proxy and click the TINY link to "File a claim" at the very bottom left of the home page. I think at the very least the recent incoming emails from culturehustle are "spam" since they cannot deliver product. (There is an email for the general manager on the website if you do not hear anything back which is generalmanager@domainsbyproxy.com)
  4. Report in the UK - Report a suspicious website | National Cyber Security Centre
  5. Get help with Consumer issue in the UK - Contact the consumer service - Citizens Advice
  6. File a Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint - File a Complaint | Consumer Complaints | Better Business Bureau

Please add any suggestions.

All order history deleted??

So, I'd been leaving a browser tab open to remind me to hassle them about my order every so often (not that I think it will truly help, but still) and today, not only is my MIA order from June 2025 missing, but my entire order history appears to have been wiped. I had multiple previous orders, from back before CH was this level of hot garbage.

Is this the new tactic to avoid taking responsibility for stealing people's money??

Do not let 120 days go by without initiating a claim against the charge

After a long wait time I talked to a claims manager at my bank and they told me that Visa guidelines prevents them from even starting any claims that are older than 120 days. Visa will automatically deny it. Apparently all the banks follow these guidelines and Mastercard is the same way. I bet Stuart k owe this too and that’s why they string you along until the 120 days have passed then your order disappears from their tracking.

Learn from my loss. Don’t let 120 days go by.

I’m so mad right now.
