First time adopting a Persian, how trainable are they and what is a realistic expectation I should set?

Today she’s a 4-month-old yet tiny spitfire of a void. So basically, nothing has changed since day 1. Do you want to see more Penny shenanigans? 🥰🐈‍⬛ and does anyone have any final weight guesses? She was 365 grams in the photo above and is 3.2lbs today 💜
