What's the advantage of graveyard vs stilt village/shrines or bank/cavern vs clock tower? [3BC and above]

Getting to know the game is going better than ever. I just had amazing run but was thinking about title, difficulty wise i don't care much since game is a bitch wherever I go.

Is the main diffirence amount of scrolls and scroll fragments or do better/higher tier items also appear in the areas of same level but with higher difficulty than others? (I assume clock tower is the least difficult out of tier 5 areas because it's really just not jumping on spikes and shield is useful there).

I've been doing a thinking route to stick to forever and fuck slumbering sanctuary honestly.

Should I temporarily uninstall the DLCs?

Newbie here! I just installed Dead Cells with all DLCs from my Steam family library out of boredom and, even as someone who usually hates roguelikes, I'm beyond hooked: I've already sunk 3 hours into it, and still, those went by fast, lol. My only real issue so far is the fact that I "accidentally" (at least I think? I don't really know how the game works yet) ended up in what I suppose is the Castlevania DLC and ended up defeating >!Death!< as the 2nd boss. I got suspicious and checked the achievement list, only to realize how that's very much not supposed to happen this early on.

I guess the gist of what I'm asking is - is there a "meta progression" of sorts to the game, a la Terraria, and should I start without the DLCs to later maximize maximize my own enjoyment of the game? Thanks in advance!

While we're at it, I wouldn't mind clarifications regarding how the levels after the "final" boss(es) work: is the aim of the game to just keep going indefinitely or is there consensus on when a run successfully "ends"? I feel like I've got a pretty good understanding on most of the other mechanics, like weapons, upgrades and such, but that one still confuses me

Game stutters at random points on Nintendo Switch.

Ever since I got Dead Cells nearly a month ago, I’ve encountered a bug which happens frequently and is very annoying for me.

at random points in the run from Prision Quarters to High Peak Castle I’ve noticed the game always when on the 60 fps mode stutters and freezes for a few seconds.

I’ve tried redownloading the game and moved it to system memory but still nothing works.

there is no guarantee that I’ve seen it not happen on any stage.

I just wanna hear your thoughts on this? am I being delusional or is this sort of a occasional fps hitch that switch players experience?

Legendary Machete & Pistol build question

Hey, I just reached the Ramparts on 2BC. Building for Brutality, with 8, 2, 1 spread right now on scrolls. I also luckily got the legendary Machete & Pistol, which just fires the Pistol for crits.

Can someone help me with a build for this in terms of the mutations + synergy skills? Thank you.
