Of all the art I've seen, this one resonates so deeply with me.

In his older appearances Wade teleporte a lot. Like A LOT a lot.

But he just doesn’t do it anymore. Its such a bust!

In fact, he has a lot of gadgets and gimmicks that were just left behind to focus on the lame metahumor. It’s a real shame.

I really wish they’d bring it back, because it doesn’t make sense for him to just ditch it.

I think that all 3 characters that Wade met and team up with over a trilogy have showed really how he balances off with him in a comedic and character development, too. I think that Wolverine was the best partner for him and balance his comedy sense, Colossus and Cable were great too, but differently, where Deadpool didn't want any help, and shrugged off Colossus and Nega sonic, but had a change of heart where he need help to save Vanessa, but we didn't get along of banter with each other. Cable was good, and gave him a 2nd chance not to kill the kid, because Cable wanted vengeance because of the kid killing his family in the future and change everything better, with Cable and Deadpool fixing points timeline to fit all back together again. And I reason why I think Wolverine is my favourite partner and Comedic is that it's not taking a piss out of them like he did with Cable and not being a hero in a traditional sense, he was able to help not just with Wolverine had him being a variant where he lost his X-Men in a horrific aftermath, he also help himself because he's broke up with Vanessa and his world is about to erase, I love they able to fix each others problem and weakness and turn them into strengths and can be the saving world types by fixing Deadpool home and saving timeline from annihilation. Plus their comedic timing is the perfect straight man and wacky and smart loving friend too, and the jokes and banter is just fantastic and hailours.

Nolan North has returned as Deadpool in Marvel Tokon battle. I would prefer Alejandro as Deadpool again as I personally in my opinion, prefer VAs to switch around a bit, like how Spidey was handled in the 2010s with Josh Keaton to Niel Patrick Harris, to James Arnold Taylor ect. But for those who are happy Nolan is back, celebrate all you like! I’m happy you are! But it’s so disgusting to see the other side weaponize his departure from DP in Rivals, (3rd photo) and then weaponize his return as DP in Tokon (first two photos). He can be your favorite, that’s cool, but what do you get out of putting other VAs down like this? Especially if Nolan is the only Deadpool you’ve heard. It’s poisoning the well. Nolan himself is all about love and respects the voice actors before and after him. There is no one “real” Deadpool. The ones who are official like Nolan are “real” too. From John Kassir, to Alejandro Saab, ect.

Of course I have nothing against the voice actor. I think he’s really great, my second favorite Deadpool after John Kassir, but with that being said. With Alejandro Saab just finding his footing after debuting as the merc with the mouth, I think it’s too soon to have Nolan return. He’s been in 10+ Deadpool projects.. and I think that having Alejandro in this game would probably make him have a progression in his portrayal as Deadpool prior like Nolan did. Voice actors find their own footing and their definitive version of the voice the more they are in projects and I think Alejandro needed that as I believe he’s the next one to be the Deadpool after Nolan.

And of course it’s okay for his fans to get excited, but I’ve seen some of them use this opportunity to bash Alejandro, and say that the real Deadpool is back when realistically Deadpool only really sounded raspy in the comics.. so technically aside from Kassir, none of these guys really got their voice right even Nolan. Not to mention, it’s funny how most Deadpool fans say that Ryan Reynolds is oversaturated as the character, but don’t really say anything about Nolan.. there’s being happy he’s back, then there’s being spiteful.. and they brought back Josh Keaton as Spidey, Cal Dodd the voice before Steven in Cosmic Invasion, but they couldn’t do it for John Kassir as Deadpool in a project, really shows how surface level Marvel understands the character, or appreciates the voice before Nolan while showing the double standard.
