Perhaps the first time I like the back of the model better than the front!

Finished my Defiler, fully magnetized! The little lord is controlling the body like DDR.

Just finished up this guy this past week, I really love painting the gross green of the death guard and rust marks all over them.

Got any tips, ideas, or wisdom to share? Drop a comment—I’m always down to learn from fellow hobbyists!

I am starting a death guard army and want to go for a metal music vibe. I kitbashed and painted this test model to figure out my color scheme and see if the metal vibe meshes well with the nurgle aesthetic. Any feedback or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Heya - Looking to play my first game of 11th, having played 1 game in 10th and zero games of Death Guard ever.

As such, would appreciate thoughts on my list - Its mostly based around what I've got painted so far, but I have time and a load of extra stuff to make changes, so fire away.

Also - Does anyone have tips or a quick reference guides on sequencing my turns. I'm thinking things like "make sure to apply afflictions", "remember to roll for Tallyman CP", "if this happens use this stratagem" kind of thing - As I've not played in a million years, and never played this army I just want to minimize the things I forget.

I know chaos knights really aren't that worth it, but it is a must that I include one of them in my list. Was trying to create a list with enough units to cover a big area while also having the giant knight towering in the background. Thoughts/advice? I'm especially thinking if it's best to have lord of poxes and typhus as solo units, I feel like they could offer good support as solos

Knight wise feel like despoiler would be the best here

He misplaced his WD-40

So i see a lot of people making 3d printed parts in "depth guard" and though about this paint job for BoN

Just the mounted and character Daemons left. That's 51/69 models done of the final batch. 🪰

How did I end up with 2 of the same model? The green one is from the dark imperium set, correct? How did I end up with another one in regular gray? I have the dark imperium marines, the easy to build guys, the kill team, and what I assume is the regular 7 man plague marines that you can get readily available anywhere (they're from the combat patrol) and we're the first ones made. I just dug out the instructions and I couldn't find anywhere that indicated I could build this guy on my own from the regular box. So I was just wondering if you guys had any idea how he slipped in

edit: so yes, it turns out I am dumb! I got the dark imperium guys second hand and they were advertised as such, but it turns out they were from the "know no fear" set actually. I do also have the plasma guy, and as I recall, he was green as well. However! I still have all the marine legs on my pox walker sprue and never used them myself. I actually never used any of the pox walker parts at all for anything, and I have never gotten the Morty's chosen guys, so I still don't know how I ended up with that particular model. So that will probably forever remain a mystery. I apologize for (kinda) resetting the timer. I now plan on getting the chosen and building a 3rd guy the same. I guess I kinda have to now to punish myself for stupidity. Thank you everyone, these replies have made my day

Converted obliterators to be death guard, unfortunately I know I can’t use them but this was just a cool model I needed to be death guard

I watched few videos and boom leveled up so hard on painting skills.
