She's never had cherry pie before. I hope she likes it. :)

This is one of the hardest cakes I’ve made. The strawberry reduction about did me in…. But the cake turned out so well!!!
I had high hopes of finally trying out my new piping set, but the buttercream stopped cooperating at the last minute so I ran short on time.

Cupcakes: red velvet, pistachio, chocolate

Vanilla sugar cookies

Pineapple coconut tres leches

White vanilla cake

Right to left we have red velvet w/cream cheese frosting, white chocolate pistachio, and chocolate with a whipped sour cream ganache. Chocolate and red velvet made with a blonde brew liquid substitute.
