HELP MY ACCOUNT GOT COMPROMISED AND DISCORD STAFF IS SAYING THEY CANY DO ANYTHING EVEN THO MY FRIEND GOT THEIRS RECOVERED

So I've been on discord for about 6+ months. And let me let you THIS APP CAN BE AMAZING but recently. I wasn't able to log in for 3–6 days due to personal reasons and now when I tried to log in today guess what. It says I NEED THE 2FA PASSWORD but I never enabled 2fa on my account. I'm sure my account got hacked for another reason that is my friends keep telling me I blocked them even tho I haven't. I tried reaching to discord about it but the staff told me they can't do anything and just delete the account and make another one.

BUT HERES THE THING

MY FRIEND RECENTLY GOT THEIR ACCOUNT HACKED TOO, THE HACKER ENABLED 2FA ON THEIR ACCOUNT BUT THEY SOMEHOW WERE ABLE TO ESCALATE IT BY THE HELP OF A “SPECIALIST”.

Can someone tell me what the hell is going on and before u say it my friend’s account was hacked like 2 months ago.

If i got sent a server invite from someone and I joined it before I blocked them, will it hide their server from me, or would I still see it? I had something happen a while ago, and I ended up accepting a server invite from someone I blocked not too long afterward, I tried to look for the serve to leave it a few days after but it wasn't there. I'm not sure if I was removed from it or if it got hidden from me

I'm coming here because I've created many discord server in the past but after couple of days, they all just... died out.

I struggle to make them live, to have people participate, etc.
Do you have any advice ? Did you succeed to get a "living" Server ? If yes, how did you do it?

Good news guys! I finally got my dc account after getting hacked for 3 weeks now... support removed my multifactor authentication so I could reset my password. I'm so happy!!!

How can I report a network of "NSFW" servers that allows minors to upload suggestive photos to an SFW channel and engage in adult conversations with each other or with adults? Furthermore, the staff of these servers consists of both minors and adults with a history of grooming, raiding servers, and selling photos of their own members to other users.

These servers and their members have been reported numerous times, but no action has been taken. To this day, even after years, they are still up and running, repeating the exact same behavior.

On the 13th I put a ticket into support and they said they were gonna put my request to a person for further support and I have yet to get a response how long does it usually take cause im kinda worried and dont want to put in a new ticket when I might get a response

A bit of a werid question, but I came across a server while on the site "Human or Not?". Basically, the site is just a Turing test but with AI, where you chat to someone and have to guess if they're AI or human. So, what happened is that someone kept pasting a link to a discord group/server/... (I sadly don't know the official name), so I decided to just see what type of group it was. Needless to say the name of the group was very disturbing and I don't want to write it out here. Basically, there is IMO a very reasonable suspicion that certain content is there that may be harmful, threatening, you name it. I do understand that some people might call a server name something offensive or outlandish as a joke, and I can pretty easily spot them, but I didn't really get the vibe from that at all.

So basically, my question is that if I don't have a discord account myself, is it possible to report this or let discord know that they should check it out? If so, how? I couldn't find an E-Mail online and basically all of the information I found was about how to send a ticket (account necessary) or just how to report someone in-app. Also, I do understand that making an account myself would be the quickest way, but I don't want to sign up for another service that I'm never going to use.

If we delete our discord account, then does the discord account not get deleted instantly? Does it take time?

My friend pc was hacked, and I have been trying to help them get back there discord account at the very least, been trying to talk to a real person, and am just getting stuck at the AI chatbot. We no longer have the email, and everything was changed and delted we report the account, but nothing is being done. I have a screenshot of the hacker asking for money, but can't get past the bot. Any help would be appreciated.

So I had an old discord account, nearly 2 years old, suddenly, around 5 days ago I was scammed, it was the classic "accidentally reported you" scam and I fell for it

It was from someone in the server I am in and he told me this and showed me a fake message and told me that my account will be permanently banned after 4 hours

I was asked to contact some jeremy support and I did, he told me to write my dob, email, and the country I live in, and I did

Then he told me to change my email to a temporary email he gave me, but here's a thing, I didn't understand this, I didn't know that you could change your email in discord

So I went into my gmail and tried to find the email which was associated with my older discord account but I couldn't find that email in my gmail, I just couldn't

Then that jeremy guy told me to share my screen and I foolishly did and went into my gmail, he probably saw some of my accounts but those accounts had passwords so I think those accounts are safe (and I didn't get any suspicious notification or email either)

And I swear he couldn't see that email even in my gmail, because that email which was linked to my gmail was not present in my gmail or mail box

I didn't give any otp, didn't click any suspicious link, couldn't change password so he asked me to pay 50 dollars and I refused telling him that I don't have money, and he blocked me, I was able to use that account fine, but I got scared and logged out of my discord account without changing email (stupidity) (first time happened to me)

And after that I tried to log in, but they are sending that verification code to that email of mine which I can't find anywhere, I tried to recover that email of mine and it simply said "couldn't find that email" and after sometime I tried to login again in discord and it said "this email doesn't exist" I don't remember exactly if it said "email" or "account" but that was the message

So I created a new account using different email, I had username of my friends so I was able to meet them again and then they told me that my old account seems perfectly fine, or rather it seems fine with no issue, this suggests that my account wasn't permanently banned or deleted

I can't login to that account because of that email issue so I went into discord support and they told me to send ticket with the older email of mine which I used to create my discord account but that email doesn't exist in my gmail

I tried so much in Google email recovery and it just said "couldn't find your email" so I guess I had mistakenly deleted that email of mine (I am not sure) so I came to the conclusion that I logged off my discord account and I can't login because the email associated with that account doesn't exist

But when I tried to register that email again on my discord, it actually did, but it was a completely new account, but I logged off and I was shocked this email started to work somehow and this is when I realised that discord account can exist independently without emails and email is only needed for verification

So I lost that discord account forever permanently, that account had no money, no nitro, was not linked to my bank, and had nothing in it and my email also had no money, nothing

But then I saw that the same email is linked to my Instagram, tho I changed that email now to my new active one, (does that mean Instagram doesn't require email?)

Tho I just wanted to know:

Did that jeremy guy stole my email and account?

Did my discord account got hacked?

Was my old email long deleted?

Can my email be stolen just like that?

Is my personal info safe?
