Saw Shadow in St. Paul last Thursday and it was an awesome show. Masterwork by Shadow per usual and mostly amazing visuals to back the whole thing up. Just irritated me that there were at least two sequences that were very clearly generative AI: the "anvil hammering" sequence and the record rolling along the ground. Shadow credited all the visual artists at the end, but it baffles me that someone with as much seeming creative integrity as him would sign off on having generative AI in the set anywhere.
