I’m hearing that it’s being communicate and even with training / SOP requirement to enforce a “former NN employees should not be hired as externals” rule or policy?

I’m currently in a recruitment process
I completed multiple interview stages, and my application was showing “In Progress” in SuccessFactors. Recently, the status changed to “Closed.”
However, when I check the same application through Olivia (Paradox), after verifying my identity, it still shows:
Status: Processing
and says:
“Looks like we are still reviewing your information. Please reach out to your recruiter for further information.”
It has continued showing “Processing” even several days after SuccessFactors changed to “Closed.”
I haven’t received a rejection email or any formal communication about the outcome yet.
Has anyone experienced something similar with SuccessFactors + Paradox Olivia?
Could “Closed” in SuccessFactors refer to the requisition being closed while the candidate is still being processed internally, or is Olivia simply showing an outdated/mapped status?
I’d especially appreciate hearing if you faces something similar and understand if that means if i am out of the process
