Inappropriate comments during work
What’s the policy if a colleague makes inappropriate comments regarding race/age/gender ?
What would you do if something like was happening to you? What are the consequences?

Hi all, I worked in NN for the last three years, and I have noticed, even after the "transformation plan" that we are too many in certain areas. I am saying this because I need to fight with overstepping colleagues who want to do part on my job. Is it only me or do you also experience this issue?
I sit in a corporate team in Bagsvaerd, been in novo last 2 years. To be honest in my career of last 14 years, 4 of which is in DK, I really haven’t approached an “HR” directly for any of my needs or any other topic as such. But now I am about to be a new father in September, and honestly I’m a bit scared of taking parental leave - reason is there was AGAIN a recent change in my management, and a new manager will join Aug 1. This is after 3 changes since layoffs where me and my team have moved departments, restructured etc. I am a non-EU.
Now the manager I spent effort in building a connection is also changing roles, I had informed her about September. Now, the new incoming manager is said to have good leadership skills in Novo, but I won’t have time to build a connection with her, but I have to inform her also.
Question: Where does the HR come into this? And will it be the HRBP when we say HR? And are there any confidentiality setups where I can be 100% sure they won’t discuss my situation with the SVP of area in context of “hey we can reduce a position because anyway the new manager will redesign this small team”. In reality, I am important to my stakeholder and I have a small but not so well functioning team due to them being put together accidentally during layoffs.
So can I trust the HRBP? Or should I not disclose any of my plans to her?
I have a job interview coming up for a level 9 role. Currently at level 8 with mid range salary penetration. What is the ideal salary raise I can ask for and is the a 1st or 2nd round interview conversation. Is it also true that prior to a 2nd round there will be a personality test, etc? Any other tips on the actual interview is also welcome. Role is global project management for early drug assets.
Just see many complaining, but I don’t see many l (like many leaving). Trying to sense why people don’t leave if things are bad — is it money, sense of belonging, etc (you name it).
Thanks all :)
Hi all, does anyone know if I resign from Novo in e.g. October this year, do I still get 2026 bonus partially, since normally it’s paid out beginning of next year?
Hi everyone!
Can someone share the general vibe at NNE currently? I can see they opened a lot of positions but I still hear rumors of upcoming layoffs.
I am considering pursuing a role there but I am not sure the timing is right to jump into uncertainty. I can see all the new positions require 5 days onsite which would be a big adjustment from my current position where I have complete flexibility.
Hej medkollegaer
Hi everyone
I have a question regarding salary grades for administrative employees at NN, as I haven’t been able to find a clear answer from HR.
I am employed as a laboratory technician/administrative employee, so I do not have the same career progression opportunities as professional employees.
I have now been with Novo for 3 years and am currently on salary grade 4. I receive the annual automatic salary increase of around 2%, but I’m unsure how, or if, it is possible to move up to a higher salary grade.
Does anyone here know how this works? Is it possible to progress to a higher salary grade, or are you generally expected to remain in the salary grade you were hired into?
Thanks in advance for any insights😀
Hej folket,
I keep hearing rumours about 5000 more worldwide to be laid off after the summer holidays. Anyone heard of it?
For nearly a year, this subreddit has been writing Novo Nordisk off. Terms like “2% stock” and “Headwind CEO” flooded every thread. Anyone who expressed optimism about the new management, new board, or new CEO got downvoted into oblivion. That’s understandable - many people here lost real money on this stock, or lost jobs in the layoffs. But a few of us never lost faith in Novo: in what it does for patients, for society, and as a long-term investment.
I’ve made that case repeatedly. I said I trusted the incoming CEO, Mike D, and that he was methodically rebuilding the company’s competitiveness. The oral Wegovy launch has been the marquee moment of his short tenure - but I believe there’s considerably more under the hood that will surface over time.
Now, finally, the broader investor community seems to be paying attention. The share price has recovered to above where it stood on the day he took over - and is up nearly 25% over the past three months. That’s 3 percentage points ahead of Lilly over the same period, and 13 points ahead of the Dow. Still early days, but the narrative is shifting.
I’m adding to my position today.
Is there a big reorg?
