I have a magnetic stirrer coming and when I do my extraction I’m going to do a water wash with the magnetic stirrer. I hear a lot of differing things about the amounts of water to be used. From what I’ve seen, if I hypothetically have 100 mls of NPS I should use around 20 mls of water that is warmer than the NPS and using about a teaspoon of pickling salt with no caking agents in it.

I’ve seen videos where people are using considerably more water than NPS, but I want to eliminate as much waste as possible, so for the more experienced filled here, do my numbers seem okay, or should I adjust them? Thank you in advance!

What's the best way I can make my own or something I can use for extraction because I'm a bit over paying $7 for 5L. It's almost as expensive as fuel at this rate

hey guys. I don't really. know how to put it into word because what I experienced was truly out of this world, I don't really know what to make of it and I wonder if anybody has had similar experience.

I started quiet recently and I have had very good trips so far but every time I was taking it a bit too often or a bit too many time the same night the last voyage was unpleasant, nothing crazy but just a reminder to leave it there. but this time was different. I starded doing it in a vape, which I love but its harder to know the right dose, and after 2 very nice voyages I decided to take a 3d one but higher doses. it send me straight to a place I never been and that I can't really remember much. all I can remember is that I wasn't alone and I was totally taken over by something really terrifying it felt like mucus was pouring non stop out of every orifices of my body, it had a taste of hell and it felt like it melted my soul ... happened in a loop for what felt an eternity ... I was fighting it a lot so I don't really remember everything in details but trust me when I tel you it was horrifying.
I went again a couple days ago , I had a really pleasant voyage , very smooth and full of vivd shapes swirling when out of no where the swirl change to an evil smile with sharp sadistic teeth and I instantly recognized him , he then used words in a undescriable language to do the exact same thing as the last time, melting my soul and pouring mucus out of my eyes ears mouth ... leaving me with the impression he was telling me that he could get me anytime ... I dint take as much this time so I wasn't as afraid and I still could open my eyes and recognize where I was which help me not panic and live it through but in the same time it left a bigger print on me because it was much clearer and I remember every detail of it ... the power it had on me and the way it used it still keeps me wondering because it did feel like something that could come out of my own imagination..

as anybody felt something similar ?

I used Klean-Strip VM&P naphtha and I placed a clean mirror horizontally to use for my evap test. I accidentally spilled about an ounce of naphtha on the mirror and I figured I’d let that evaporate. On a different parts of the mirror, I placed single drops in different locations. When everything was fully evaporated, the single drops left zero residue. You wouldn’t even know anything was ever dripped there. However, where the ounce spill was, there was considerable residue. Is this normal, or should I get new naphtha? I only ask because had I not spilled that ounce I would have assumed based on the single drips evaporating completely that it passed the evap test, but now I’m not sure.

What Naphtha do my fellow Uk people use? Ive tried Swan lighter fluid in the past, but want to know if theres any better alternatives, preferably a bulk buy instead of 100ml cans each time.. thank you.

I have been doing extractions for about a year now.
My 2 sources I used to yield 2-2.5 percent easily. Now I’m lucky to get 1.5 percent from the same vendors. Is it a seasonal thing ? Nothing about my extraction technique has changed at all

This is my first time doing a water wash. I followed Cybs Hybrid salt Tek using heptane. I did two washes. The water was room temp (~20°c) the soup was ~50°c.

Have I messed up? My pull is currently in the freezer.

I've been experimenting with a Geek Vape Zeuss tank recently. Just wondered how often I should replace the coil? I've noticed that when the tank starts to get low, but still above the holes. the vapour will start to get really harsh and acrid. Which also affects the vibe of the trip.

Is it the coil getting burnt or scorched? (0.2 ohm at 27w)

Or is it contaminants clogging it up? I'll try filtering my liquid next time.

How often should I change my water when performing a water wash?

I was searching how lye and naphtha reacts to the plastic cap on the flask I am using and found that it’s made from polypropylene. In the stb I’m doing, they recommend teflon to prevent plastic getting into the final product. Would I still need to do this even with a plastic that is resistant?
