Hey everyone, today our team has made the following errata changes to the Player's Handbook (5.5e) as follows:

Chapter 1: "Playing the Game" under Stabilizing a Character (p. 29). In the first sentence, “a creature with 0 Hit Points” is now “a creature with 0 Hit Points within 5 feet”.

Chapter 7: "Spells" under Flaming Sphere (p. 275). The spell’s school of magic is now Evocation.

Appendix B: "Creature Stat Blocks" under Pseudodragon (p. 354). The final sentence of the Sting action is now “While Poisoned, the target also has the Unconscious condition, which ends early if the target takes damage or a creature within 5 feet of it takes an action to wake it.”

Didn't know they were doing this. I wonder if they will do the same for the DMG and MM. It pleases me that they match

In the app, could Condition look up/description be added to this menu?
