Window indexing issue

Hey everyone, hoping someone here has run into this before.
On my 2023 challenger , the passenger-side window isn’t doing the small automatic drop/rise when opening and closing the door. Normally, the window lowers slightly when you open the door and raises back up when you close it so it seals properly.
The strange thing is that the window itself works fine—it rolls all the way up and down using the switch with no issues. The driver’s side also works normally. It’s only the passenger side that’s not doing the automatic movement when the door is opened or closed.
I’ve already tried resetting/relearning the window, but that didn’t fix it.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any idea what could be causing it, and is it something I can fix myself before taking it to the dealer? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Boo this man! Anyone ever seen something like this?!

I sell cars. This is DEFINITELY not my car and I’ve seen most stupid stuff that people can do to their cars, but this takes the cake. We literally took this in on trade and now we have to replace the hood.. also it’s a SXT with R/T AND Hellcat badging! Among other stupid shit 😂… BOO this MAN! And for the love of God, please nobody ever replicate this!
