I bought the darker wavs faux fur brown set and I thought for some reason I bought the skirt and I didn't. In fact there was no skirt included at all for this theme so I'm confused where to find it or if its sold out? If anyone has anywhere I can buy a similar mini skirt pls lmk

So, I ordered shoes which were delivered on July 7th. I bought protection with that.

Onward quality guarantee states: within 90 days it will be hassle-free refund or replacement (yeah, right)

I try to file a claim on Aug 6th (29 days after delivery) and it says: Item is not protected (why???)

I try to reach to Onward - they are saying contact Dollskill (also, contact@dollskill.com is unmonitored and completely useless mail) and Dollkill’s answer is “we can’t do anything because shoes are worn”

After I try to explain to Onward that I want to file a claim and their website has an error and they are telling me that I am outside the claim window (when in reality it says order was not protected) and I try to explain that I am trying to use Quality Guarantee, not about delivery nor transit - no answer.
Trying to send message to Dollskill customer service again: They blocked my original email completely (tried various times and I am not receiving the confirmation mail)

Trying with my university mail and the answer is: now is 9th August, which is more than 30 days and we can’t do anything (when originally I messaged on Aug 6th (29days))

Please, feel free to check all the screenshots,
I am very very tired and just want the freaking replacement, not even a refund 😩

Why do I pay for protection every single time if I can’t use it? I paid 10+ times for protection and needed to use 1 time and they are trying to get rid of responsibility like this???
