Trying for "no alarm raised" medal on maps not designed for the "no alarms raised" medal.
It's kinda challenging!
It's kinda challenging!
(The actual clock race medal requires you to win in 30 seconds or less.)
Wouldn't have thought to try if I hadn't seen it on here:
Completing missions 3 Star - 3 Challenges
- OR -
Completing missions with Realistic CQB Tactics?
EDIT: Wanted some opinions on this as I've been doing the former, grinding through missions getting 3 stars and 3 challenges. Should I switch it up?
I love making these videos, so if there's anything in particular you'd like to see, let me know.
No wall charges to be seen and on ironman campaign XD
Does anybody know if there is any way to choose, influence, or set the default door open action?
I just moved an undercoverbro and had to restart the mission because he decided to kick a door in a big middle room in the middle of a mansion surrounded by like 50 jihadis.
I know someone is gonna say yOu sHoUlD HaVe cHeCkEd tHe cOmMaNd... yes... I am aware. I even usually do! I didn't wake up and decide to deliberately gamble restarting this mission out of boredom.
I've just noticed sometimes the first command to pop up is kick and other times open normally, and I have no idea how or why the game decides which to choose.
It would make sense if, say, undercoverbros defaulted to polite open and assaulters defaulted to kicking. I'm not saying that's what I want, I'm just saying it's an example of a system that would make instead of what we have rn where I honestly don't know what's going to happen.
I'm also curious why it was done this way instead of at least making one or the other the default always for consistency. Literally it was a double door, I selected to politely open the left side, then I wanted to do the same again to the right side but it defaulted to kick. Why would it do that?
Shields push through. Im on my phone so its kinda hard. The s-pen works decent with it. Waiting for door kickers 2 at some point
I'm sure there's things I forgot about but tried to handle things as best as I can with my knowledge of CQB right now. Also finally used the lockpick!
Saw some insurgents with a P90 and an AUG.
- Does the CIA faction get them?
- If not, is there a mod that let's the player use them?
Tried to go "quiet" with no flashbangs or grenades again, but found myself in quite a pickle lolol. Somehow everyone survived.
getting smoother by the day I think!
Using Blue Vector mod
Enjoying more of these small maps because I can only play little bits at a time mostly
How can I learn to clear rooms without using the spy camera? When I try to clear rooms without the spy camera I just instantly sacrifice 2 or more troopers just because I didn't know the locations of the enemys. Also I wanna know how to position my troopers so I don't need to call one troop that's so far away to the point I want him to go to
