I built a free collection tracker for DBSCG that scans whole binder pages with your phone camera - solo dev, would love feedback
Hey everyone - longtime DBS collector, and for the past few months I've been building Scouter, a free app for tracking your DBSCG collection (both Masters and Fusion World). Posting because this community's feedback would genuinely shape what I build next.
What it does:
📷 Camera scanner - point at a card and it identifies it in about a second. The part I'm proudest of: it can shoot a whole 9-pocket binder page in one go and identify every card on it. If your binders are master sets in card order, it even uses the page order to figure out the tricky pockets.
📚 Full catalog - every set through BT31 and FB10, including alt-arts, SPRs, and promos.
✅ Set completion - see exactly which cards you're missing from any set, with an "add full set" option and per-set progress.
📥 One-minute migration - if you already track your collection elsewhere (Collectr, TCGplayer CSV), import brings it all over.
It's free to use, no ads. I ship fixes weekly and take bug reports seriously - half the scanner improvements this month came directly from user reports.
