I only use a thin wax film coating, that I rub on with my pinched fingers, and I wipe the excess off.....

I love dr dabber's products and have had nothing but positive experiences up until recently. I ordered 2 new quartz inserts last week and choose 2 day shipping. They shipped out the next day and I thought everything was running on time and was supposed to arrive Saturday. That turned into Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, now it's saying Thursday although it says it hasn't moved since Saturday. I emailed dr dabber and they said they're not responsible for shipping times once it leaves their warehouse. So I'm not sure why they offer expedited shipping and then don't stand by shipping times at all. Not a life ruining experience but just wanted to let others know. Everytime I've picked regular shipping it's gotten to me in a week or less so save yourself the money and frustration.

Where can I buy replacement glass for my OG switch? I really like the snowflake recycler, but it appears to be sold out on the website. Any suggestions for replacement glass?

I can only find replacements for the switch 2 and it's honestly very frustrating. I broke my glass and just want a replacement.

I’ve been purchasing Boost EVOs for a few years now. The battery on mine is slowly dying but they have been out of stock for months now. They are still listed on the site but I’m curious if anyone knows if they are even making them anymore? I really enjoy the Boost and don’t want to be forced to buy the much more expressive Switch when I am exclusively dabbing.

It's been asked about a year ago, but there are no current answers.
So I am asking again, delivery out of the USA is likely to be severally delayed or stopped.
I found that https://www.puresativa.com/ has them, but they are refusing to sell them to me for some unknown reason.

I bought the switch for the durability, having last used the Zenco, which is a great device but lacks their version of the inserts: coils.

All of these proprietary devices with their own specific parts is all fine and great capitalism until they get bored and stop selling the parts...

Been using the SP since I got it a couple months ago with high quality rosin and live resin.

Just switched back to the quartz and I found the ascent was a lot more satisfying in terms of flavor and effects, hard to put it but the sapphire feels more mellow. Taste seem like it started to feel off at similar temps on the switch.

Anyone feel similar? Seems like I bought into the hype.
