I have been clean for about 5 months and passed a drug test about 3 or so weeks ago. Then last week i hit the pen a couple times during the day for about 4-6 days straight. Found out i have another drug test coming up soon. Not sure on the date but id say 2 weeks is a good guess. I am 5’9 180lbs very fit very active. I know there is no detox. But how can i make the “detox” time quicker get it out my system faster to ensure i pass the urine test. Any help be greatly appreciated.

So I been a chronic weed user (smoking about 5 times a week but edibles 24/7 as of 2026) for about 3 years now. I’ve taken no more than 2 month long breaks throughout this time and I have a drug test on July 12th. I haven’t had anything weed since June 5th. I don’t know if this helps but I am skinny, go for 3-4 runs a week ranging from 1-10 miles and workout regularly with a fast metabolism. I eat super healthy no processed foods. Just chicken, salmon, fruits, veggies, bread etc. My freedom lowk on the line if I don’t pass this test so just wondering if I’ll be good or not. Also any tips lmk pls.
