What do i need to fix inside of this dsi because it keeps crashing and the top screen keeps turning blurry at a different angle

Is there a simple electric mod so i can charge it? I forgot to bring in vacations

Shell swaped my Dsi for a transparent shell from AliExpress

hey guys, i picked up this DSi today for 30 bucks (have to flex on that steal) and it had glue in the volume button, the ds worked perfectly but when i unshelled it to take out the glue it wasn’t turning on anymore, i put every screw back in the good way, connected all the cables and everything so what is the issue 😢 ?

I have this DSi XL my grandpa gave me. It works fine but doesnt have any downloaded games, so im stuck with Pokemon Pearl, Platinum, and White. And also PVZ. It has a 16gb sd card too. Any cool ideas for it?

I wanted more space on my ds so I copied my files onto an 8gb SD I had laying around after I used sdformat on it.

I added a few games (e.g. hotel dusk) which worked just fine.

Then I got some more, the new games i added after cant be opened for some reason. I tried downloading them elsewhere and it was the same, yet when I put the game on my old SD it shows up.

I only got YS on it yesterday so it should be the newest one, the games that didn't work were some lego ones and zelda ones.

I'm using an OG r4 revolution I was given when I was younger.

Is this micro SD not good?

I could go lower but I’m going to heavily mod it
Should I trust the seller saying it works? He said no charger

When going to camera -> SD -> Album it does launch the mod, it says Twilight, then it starts launching music and after a second or so goes to white

i’ve recently gotten my dsi from my sibling and i’ve modded it yesterday and for some reason the dsi is not charging with the charging cord. I’m not sure if the problem is the charging port or the charging cord or because i modded it. can someone help me out?

I’ve had this urge to dive into DSi XL modding and gaming and am super excited. I’ve been looking for a DSi XL (or LL) online to buy. The challenge has been finding one in very good cosmetic shape for a fair price.

I stumbled upon some information online that some DSi LL have yellowing screens. It’s evident on certain angles of eBay screenshots, then not so evident on others. Post doesn’t mention much. I didn’t even know this was problem until recently. Apparently it can’t be reversed?

Does this mean I should look specifically for an XL and not LL to avoid yellowing? Or even avoid yellowing in the future? I’m just looking for a good handheld cosmetically and don’t care for xl vs LL but did read that LL is slightly cheaper. This is an example of one I’m eying as of now but the screen is sus.

P.s: does the stylus slightly hang out or protrude from the console by design? Looks weird. Don’t have a pic of it here

I recently bought a DSI on vinted, i have some problems with the bottom screen.

Ever since i had it, one of the corners gets a little bit white, then two horizontaly white straights lines appears.

I am scared the bottom screen could become completely white.

Does anyone know what is it and if/how i can repair it ?

Hello, do I need to bend those two "legs" to fit charging port into DSi XL? Or I have wrong replacement part?
