Account keeps getting declined

Hello, I’d like to ask for assistance, mainly get an answer as to how I could solve this issue. I recently travelled alone to the Philippines and before coming here my mom made me do this immigration process thing in this app called “EgovPh” and before my flight and arrival here in the Philippines it was working just fine and I even gained my QR code for my arrival processing. However, I have to do one again (As per my mom’s orders) for my leave but for some reason it’s asking for my account’s approval first. I’ve given my correct information several times and for several times it has been declines due to “incomplete or inaccurate information” which doesn’t make sense. I’ve provided the same information I gave it last time all of a sudden it’s not working. I’d really like an answer or help.

29F OFW — Is it too early to start contributing to SSS?

Hi everyone! I’m 29F and currently working abroad as an OFW. I recently got my SSS account and I’m thinking of starting my contributions because I want to prepare for my retirement in the future.

For fellow OFWs, is 29 too early to start contributing to SSS? Or is it actually better to start as early as possible?

I’m also wondering how much would be a reasonable monthly contribution. Should I just start with the minimum and gradually increase it as my income grows, or is it better to contribute a higher amount from the beginning?

I’m mainly thinking long-term and want to make sure I’m making the right decision with my money. I’d appreciate advice from fellow OFWs or anyone who has been contributing to SSS for years. Thank you!

Change mobile number of my eGOV

So I lost my phone and bought new sim cards. I wanted to change my eGOV to my new phone number so I am following these instructions.

Unfortunately, I need an OTP to delete my account. Which I cannot receive because of course I don't have my sim card anymore.

What are my options?
