How do i use ekko W? I can never hit it, are there any videos about using it correctly?

I've been learning Ekko mid with HoB and I was curious into what lane matchups or team compositions you would prefer electrocute instead?

Playing against ASol it felt like I may have been better off with electrocute as you can't really take any extended trades (only Q+E+Auto+Run) . After lvl 7 you can just keep him perma pushed in

How badly does it hurt your mid/late game damage if you decide to go electrocute instead?

For build I've been running:

Doran's Ring + Dark Seal if cheater recall or spare gold
Protobelt + Lichbane (more margin for error since I'm still learning Ekko)
Sorcs if multiple squishy champs / Glut boots for tanky comps
Mejai's (if fully stacked seal)
Dcap + Void

If no Mejai's what would you go last item and why? Shadowflame / Stormsurge / Liandries / Nashor / Wits end?

I've been told that swapping Lichbane for Dusk and Dawn is good once full build as well?

I've seen people posting builds but not the reasoning behind "why," just looking for a deeper understanding

I haven't played in years and decided to learn Ekko before I got back into ranked. First game put me in low plat/high gold lobby and it went really well, super fun to play! 😄

I wonder is Ekko an easy champion to play? Is his skill ceiling high? Where is the top of ekko gameplay? and what separate a good ekko and a great ones

Full patch review came out and ekko buff is a 1 second cd reduction on passive. Something that hasn't changed ever if I am not mistaking. It is one of those things on the kit that you wouldn't expect to ever change. I feel like it's an insane buff. Clear will become a lot faster and skrimishes will benefit ekko at 1 or 2 items a crap ton. I think it is an overcompensation what is yall's opinion on it.

Hey, hold on a second.

Jungle Ekko and Diana both have win rates below 50%, and since they’re easy-to-play jungle champions, this means they’re in a really weak state.

So, it’s only natural that Riot buffed them.

However, while Ekko’s buff was minor, Diana’s buff is downright absurd.

What’s more, even though Diana has a win rate that’s higher than Ekko’s even in the mid lane, her W has received a buff that’s practically a glitch.

What on earth is this disparity?

Isn’t Diana’s buff ridiculous compared to Ekko’s?

I don’t think this will change much for Ekko, but I think Diana will make it back into the top 10 champions. What do you think?

I lost track of time, are D&D + Shadowflame still the main items for Ekko jungle?? Are people using HoB with LB in the jungle now?? Are we back to Protobelt? I haven't seen anyone mention Nashor, and i miss it.

They still use Dark Harvest with secondary quests focused on extra gold?

like ill go 3/0 in lane phase come out even in cs and still just have 0 impact like idk if it just me but since his w bug thing tho fixed he has felt so under whelming i feel i get 3 times more value for playing ahri serahpine for 3 times less effort

Solo killed zed like 3 times in lane but when he got voltaic he just one taps me, i am new to ekko so i might just be playing wrong.

Im spamming ekko jungle but im struggling against early ganking junglers and invades so im exploring my options.

If its viable whats the build path there?

Dude can someone who works at riot or knows someone who works at riot find out when ekko is getting a new skin. Its literally been 2 years at this point I wont even be happy if its a regular skin. I need it to be a legendary or a prestige to make up for all the time lost. Like this is ridiculous vel koz gets to be a spaghetti but ekko cant get a new skin come on guys. Its not like hes Zac or Ornn ekko is so easy to make skins for, Battle Academia, Zenith Games, Heartthrob/Heartache with Jinx, Arcade(Him not having an Arcade skin is literally illegal btw wth riot),Shock blade,PsyOps,
