It's seems over for me. EA allows "movement gods" to talk shit in VC because they don't moderate it, but bans you for saying "stfu" to toxicity. Funny that I lost my Battlefield (1, V, 2042, 6) & Battlefront accounts due to this. Thanks EA ^^
Even more ironic that just a few days ago I bought new peripherals specifically for playing Apex and a 100-pack bundle.
Hello, I am not very familiar with those posts, but I have a question.
In 2020 I created EA account to try Apex Legends. I had an old PC that couldn’t run it. I literally just spent 10 minutes on firing range and uninstalled the game.
Then in 2022 when I got new PC I downloaded Apex again and figured out my account was banned. This was unexpected because I never had to deal with EA ever after previous situation with my old PC.
They don’t give me clear answer of what I did. Probably just AI responding me, idk. My only guess is my nickname: lovescarsss, which is Trippie Redd song and my little ass though it has double meaning and means also love SCARES (I am not native obviously).
The problem is that this account is linked to my main Steam profile and recently I have bought Dead Space series there and it asks me to log into my EA account, which was banned xd. I can still play the game (at least I spent 1 minute in the remake), but something is uncertain about single-player gaming experience in their games on my Steam account.
Just tell me is there something I can do or it is useless to try
Man I am fed up with EA and its team I enquired about my Banned EA account to their support team, I wasn't even doing anything wrong my account was hacked and i got it back from them a year ago. Then they suspended my account for Violating User Agreement when I wasn't even in control of my account. Ok fine it was hacked they must've done something fishy IDK . A month ago I appealed to them to lift my suspension as it has been more than a year. You can check my Logins, recovery history, IPs.
They replied and gave me the reason that they couldn't, because i did SYSTEM Abuse. Brother if you check the Penalty history there is already a request for a recovery account cant you see i was hacked or Compromised. Ok fine i explained to them again the whole thing, they replied they will check into it and till date there is no Update. Their last reply was a Month Ago.
I have been playing FIFA since 2020 and even bought the latest FC26. So EA what is your problem At least you can give me a reply. I have spent so much money to be treated like this.
Like the title says, I have proof i bought these packs I have a PayPal transaction history and ID number but EA completely removed the receipt from my account, I have proof on the sims that the packs were used in the games I have weeks of saves on but they won’t do anything because my account has “no history of owning the games” excuse me?? How is that possible the files are still IN MY COMPUTER like I can go to the sims 4 folder and find the stuff that says I should have it but they refuse to do anything, is there anything I can do at all short of just re buying hundred of dollars of DLC?
Caught a perma ban for apparently having a “bad name”. No cheating, not racial slurs (I’d never), no exploits, just a bad name.
On Steam, my account name used to be Sh4tterCock and despite it never being a problem in any game I’ve played, it was a huge enough problem to got me suspended off of BF6.
So I after catching a 3 day suspension, I changed the name to avoid any problems. I didn’t want to lose my Battlefield account that I’ve had since 2011. I’ve played every single battlefield game since 1942 and losing all that progress would legit hurt me.
I wanted to have a funny name so I changed it to the name I currently use in Call of Duty and other PC fps games..

The name is clearly a reference to the character from the Broadway play “Cats” plus I still wanted to to have a funny name so I went with that. But apparently the name was so bad my account of 15 years got nuked.
Is there anyone at EA or EA Support that could help me with this? I’m quite literally begging to have my account back, in my opinion it’s unfair but if I have to change it to something softer I’ll do it. I just want to keep playing battlefield. I am sorry.
Hello! I really need to vent after weeks of dealing with this…
Long story short, my EA account has been hacked multiple times recently, and I’ve had the not-so-great pleasure of contacting EA Support at least 10 times.
A few weeks ago, some of my personal information was leaked. Thankfully, I use a password manager, so changing passwords wasn’t too painful. But despite using ridiculously long, unique passwords, someone keeps getting into my account. They’ve been able to change my email address, password, username, and even my 2FA settings—the whole package.
What’s even more confusing is that this keeps happening even after I’ve completely secured and cleaned the account. It doesn’t seem to matter that I have my own two-factor authentication and every security measure enabled.
My last option to try and secure the account is changing my primary email address, but EA keeps rejecting my request because of their “30-day policy.”
Here’s the part that really drives me crazy:
The first time I contacted support, they told me I had to wait 8 more days before I could change my primary email.
Five days later, a hacker got into my account and changed the primary email anyway.
I explained this to support, but they rejected my request again, and the timer was reset back to 30 days.
Since then, my account has been hacked two more times.
Then this morning it happened again.
The hacker changed my email, password, and 2FA—everything.
And somehow, I’m still not allowed to change my own primary email.
I’m honestly starting to wonder if the attacker is somehow getting access through customer support. I have no proof that’s what’s happening, but after everything that’s happened, it’s becoming hard not to question whether they’re contacting support themselves and convincing someone to hand over access. I genuinely don’t know how else this keeps happening.
At this point, I’m honestly at a loss. I don’t know what else I’m supposed to do.
Has anyone else dealt with something like this or found a way to finally stop it? Because I’m becoming absolutely livid.
P.S. Can someone also explain why EA Support asks me every single time if I own EA Sports FC and have an Ultimate Team? I haven’t owned or played an EA football game since I was a teenager, yet somehow that question comes up in almost every support chat. At this point, it’s becoming a running joke.
I downloaded FC26 on steam and when I try to launch it, it asks me to login to my EA account. I entered my mail and password correctly. Then it asks to enter the verification code sent to my mail ID. I haven't received any such code. I have tried this multiple times. Is anyone else facing this issue? If anyone knows how to resolve this please help out. Thank You!
These greedy dogs made us move from origins and ever since then, almost every time i want to play a game published by EA, I have to troubleshoot and go through a million hoops because they refuse to do anything but release actual trash, including their software. I dont understand how this company is still afloat. It should go down like bungie.
Both Star Fox and Halo are perfect remakes of the original levels, features and gameplay but with modern visuals, and they are getting a ton of love both from the people who grew up with these games, and from modern gamers that never experienced the simple fun gameplay these games offer.
This is what we who grew up with these games want, and it will also appeal to new generations who will find in them the same joy we felt when we played them decades ago.
No modern racing game scratches the itch that Burnout 3 and Revenge do. Open world racing is lame imho. My buds and I frequently still play Burnout Revenge in splitscreen because modern racers just dont have the same gameplay as the game we grew up playing for thousands of hours.
Instead of abandoning the franchise, EA should take the 2026 Star Fox and 2026 Halo approach and make a game that plays the same as Burnout 3, featuring all of the awesome modes, splitscreen local multiplayer etc, same gameplay, modern graphics. Do you agree?

Hi everyone. I am a Japanese high school student and using a translator to write this.
My main Apex Legends account was wrongfully banned, and subsequently, my existing sub-accounts also got auto-banned shortly after playing. I did absolutely nothing wrong, so this is clearly a false-positive HWID ban triggered by some background software conflict on my PC.
EA Help is entirely useless and keeps sending automated templates.
Because of this, I am not here to just complain. I have already finalized my formal "Notice of Dispute" under Section 15 of the EA User Agreement, signed by my parent, to initiate the official AAA arbitration process via international mail.
What I really want to ask the community is:
I want to take real action to solve this. Any specific experiences or technical insights would be highly appreciated.

The fact that the best Half-Life bundle is not available for purchase from 2023 is completely beyond me. I would pay in a blink to have it as a digital edition. Wondering if there was ever a petition to Steam and Xbox to bring it back online.

Simple, it is not fixed and you are still wasting people's time and mc for multiple attempts. Take the game down and hotfix it out, simple. Also, at worst if properly implemented the lowest performing players would have a minimum of 4 green cards instead of 1. You aren't willing to compensate Us properly either. Please stop wasting our time and money. Just make the game an actual game. You're the only gaming company with a full NFL license but you consistently use that as leverage to take advantage of consumers and fans of the NFL who have no real competitor to turn to for a better product. You have a monopoly on the NFL license and you are disparaging it by the intentional negligence to quality of a product associated with your financial partner.
Has anyone successfully resolved a dispute between Design Home (EA) and Tapjoy/Offerwall?
I’m hoping someone has experience with this because I’ve been stuck in a loop for weeks.
I was completing a Tapjoy offer in order to earn Design Home diamonds. I had completed one milestone and was working toward the next (worth 4,000 diamonds). When I checked the Design Home offer wall to see how much time I had left, my entire offer wall had disappeared. All active offers and history were gone. I took screenshots because it was clearly a technical issue.
EA support told me to contact Tapjoy.
Tapjoy investigated and later told me they had identified the issue, notified the game publisher, and that I should contact Design Home to receive the reward.
When I went back to EA, they said they couldn’t verify Tapjoy’s communication because they didn’t have a case ID. I sent screenshots of my conversations with Tapjoy, but Tapjoy refuses to provide a case ID and simply repeats that they’ve already notified the publisher.
So now EA says they can’t help without a case ID, and Tapjoy says they’ve already done everything they’re going to do.
Has anyone encountered this? Is there another department I should contact, or is this just an unresolved gap between the two companies? At this point I’m less concerned about the diamonds than I am about being bounced back and forth with no way to resolve the issue.
