With yesterday being Lucy's birthday, I wanted to share an old drawing I did a few years back. I'd like to make an updated version eventually.

all the pics with my cat were not staged he was just very insistent on joining me.

Both the endings of Elfen Lied and The Summer Hikaru Died feature a similar emotional moment where the monster-like character chooses to leave in order to protect the person they care about, while that person desperately doesn't want them to go.

I don't know if ​Elfen Lied had inspired this but it is interesting to think about.

My next Fiber Art project that I worked on this week, it was a #webkinz lilkinz #cockerspaniel dog with loose eyes and almost worn out nose, and turned it into Lucy/NYU's puppy from the classic #manga and #anime series #elfenlied . it now has a new look without the loose eyes and the nose is completely brand new. I will be posting my other project later.
