Does anyone know why I might be getting constant identity verification request? Like it’s everytime I pick up and drop off an order. And mid drive. It’s also to the point where i’m constantly getting cart reviews for the employees to verify it’s me. No one else has ever used my account so I don’t get it.
Great posts on shenanigans on Walmart’s end. I just got banned from expanding on someone else who had been permanently banned from that Reddit for preaching the truth. Something stinks here. Coming here to reopen the subject. D sad park is manipulating tips. People who have tipped $10 and I got &5 is just one example. Drivers taking their relative’s orders confirm this… relative tipped $15 and driver hot $5. Anyone else have an experience like this tip skimming?
I haven't found a recent post on this topic. How strict are the timeframes for GMD deliveries? Say for instance that I pick up the packages but then run some errands for an hour or two while in town, and then start the deliveries, will I be marked as late? Last night I had a GMD return while 35 miles away from the store (I took it back toward home, I live halfway between the two towns) and support said that I could complete the return tomorrow (today as I write this) as long as it is within 24 hours of the original pickup time. Is it also a 24 hour delivery window?
Tip came out to be about a dollar an item. I was skeptical, but it's there. I really needed this too, it couldn't have come at a better time. There are still good tippers out there!
I saw two from the store 49 miles to the north that is paired with my store. And at least 5 came through today. And people are taking them!!!! They are staying on my screen long enough for me to go into the orders & see what is on them. One almost got me as the 3rd order was 3 items…. Graduation theme mug, flowers and something else.
But I stayed strong. And another order of reasonable remittance came through to make up for me actually.

Long time shopper. Got deactivated because store or customer reported order not delivered (lie). Both appeals denied. Did pre-arb phone call and got an email days later saying still deactivated. WTF do I do now? Cry? LMAO

But just to be clear, is this a letter demanding further arbitration or is it for opting out of the DRA that was signed through the app? I signed it and it's been more than 30 days so...
I've read where we can initiate a dispute ourselves through an organization such as AAA but I want to make sure I do everything correct and in the right order. I have no clue how any of this works but am having to learn thanks to this fiasco

This flooding of FCFS offers is bullshit. Why have metrics if offers go to anyone. 50 drivers fighting for every offer. Obvious they kick this in when there are a lot of drivers at the store. I just don’t get it or why they don’t give JFY in order of people based on whatever they use THEN throw it out as FCFS after people refused it.

Idk if this is the same for other locations but now that Spark is up and running, since it was down this morning it seems like they were updating the system and now orders have changed. In my zone they’re now doing 3 customer shops in the orders and this wasn’t a thing in my zone before today. I’m wondering if it’s the same in other zones and this is why we weren’t receiving orders this morning because of the change. As soon as the orders started popping up and I saw 3 customer shopping orders I said oh that’s the update that crashed the system this morning. Let me know if it’s the same in your area too!
This is 3rd msg in 2 months and when i contact support they say you good wth
I work a pretty rural area and everything to my west is sketchy service on a great day. Orders don’t like to advance when service is really bad and you just get the grayed out screen with the spinning wheel with nothing happening sometimes. I put it in airplane mode and it will let you advance the order screen. Until recently, I always turned airplane mode back off on the false premise that I had to be connected to the system in order for it to move to the next order. Turns out I was incorrect.
Today I knew my order was going straight into the hinterlands. Got the order in my car, hit the start button and immediately turned on airplane mode. Did a 3x grocery delivery with one GMD. Turned service back on when I was somewhere near civilization. Ordered completed and my day carried on as normal.
It does remove some of the system guard rails. There’s nothing to alert you if you are not near the pin. For me it didn’t load customer notes for the order either.
You do have to have the region map downloaded for off-line navigation as well.
