What yall think?
Only done 200+ deliveries so far, this seemed like waaaay too many stops for the time/pay, (a big majority were single item orders) what’s the ratio yall typically take?

Been sparking for a teeny tiny bit now, it’s so hot my AC better be spittin snowballs from those vents. Anyways I’m from the RGV area and haven’t seen an order above 35$ at all, wanted to see how y’all were doing up north like Austin or San Antonio area or other areas in Tx. My area consist of 14 stores (10 Walmarts, 2 Sam’s, 2 Home Depot’s)
Add on: Wanted to ask also because I see other people say or post that they are getting 40$-60$ or more on orders and I’m like dang I’m barely making 100$ daily. Didn’t think the economy was this bad down here
Everything about my phone and app is in English. 2/3 of the items in this list are in Spanish. Everything else with my app is still in English. 🤷♀️
Important: this post got me banned from another subreddit because I was discussing “earnings”

started doing this full time this year and i keep forgetting to log my miles until the day is already over, then i'm basically guessing. do you write it down, use an app, or just trust the platform's number at the end of the year? trying to figure out what actually holds up if i ever get looked at. curious what everyone's doing.
How were/are your baby metrics when you first started?
I know 152 isn’t really “baby” but it’s by no means veteran either. I joined back in like November when there were incentives out the wazoo, one day it was even a “complete 5 orders get $35” and a “complete 5 orders get $35” which I figured was a system error, it probably was but I DID get the $70 In incentives. Mind you this was during the Midwest cold snap and spark had just opened in my area.
Woke up and checked my ratings, been trying to get back to 5 stars forever, was at 4.96 now I’m down to 4.95 I know it’s not much of a difference but it’s been over a year, feel like 5 stars really makes a difference
For the 1st few months i became addicted to sparking i would spend every minute i could waiting on orders, i mean in my opinion it was great from when i started August 2025 through to December, i was bringing in roughly $1k to $1,200 weekly, didnt have a boss to deal with nor did i have to work on anyone’s schedule but my own and it was great. But ever since 2026 started i cant help but to notice a steady decline in orders that make sense to do, it went from several $15 to $30 orders under 10 miles with the occasional generous customer that would bless a $40 to $70 tip on a $20 trip order, hell I’ve even had them slide me an extra $20 just for the love of the game. But now it’s $10 for 23 miles or 30$ for 60 miles. And it’s actually something like 46 miles or 120 miles because it’s 23 or 60 miles to the drop and then the same mileage back. Which is why I’ve decided that maximum 10 miles is right in the sweet spot for me, but yeah Spark just doesn’t have the fun substance and respect for us anymore and it sucks
Regardless here i sit folks with 999 deliveries under my belt waiting for delivery 1,000. It would be cool if they sent me a little completion trophy or prize for the dedication of 1k orders in less than 1 year. Id like to hear other people’s thoughts on the subject matter thank you all my fellow Spark drivers!
Anyone else’s own a complete bus this year for the July 4 week?
This is normally one of my best weeks of the year if not my absolute best. This year totally different these are the offers and there’s not very many of them.
Orders been hanging around for atleast 2 hours. Started at $53. I believe someone accepted it and then cancelled. I’m somewhat fairly new, I usually take orders like these if they swing back around.
My first thought was .hell no 😂🤣😂
I know stores are going to be transitioning to All Spark™ deliveries on different timelines, but the date in this AMP task happens to be the exact day they “flip the switch” in my market.
They want us to give the slack-jawed Spark shoppers a gift the very same day they’re scabbing our hours away. It’s disgustingly insensitive, even for Walmart.
I cannot guarantee any of our drivers will receive a bottle of Coke.
I thought this was pretty funny! The graph looks horrible and then it totally contradict itself with the incentives of it’s gonna be really busy underneath lol but it’s pouring down rain here so I’m not gonna be a good day anyway! Hope y’all have a great Fourth of July and make lots of money
Honestly wanna thank Walmart. Not sure what I was gonna do for bills this month. Glad they came through.
The customer wanted Fourth of July colored ribbons. They had a couple different options as substitutes, but before I got anything, I wanted to verify with the customer that they would like this substitution. But on the app, I’m not able to contact a customer until I scan at least one item that they wanted. 🤣🤣🤣 in this case they only wanted one item so I guess Walmart said screw the customer because they only got one item. Unbelievable.
This is pretty common in my area. Y'all taking or passing?
Why did I get this right when I started loading my car after shopping the order? Customer Service said it was the system.
