Traveling on I-81N
We're headed towards PA and listening to Out Of The Ble when a copper color Corvette(?) just passed us with aan ELO licence plate which made us hoop and hollar! We're a fan as well!
Tried making my own shirt
I know this is not the ideal sub, but any help will do. Do you have any idea how to make the colors pop and stay? For the top blue part I mixed acrylic and dye, for the bottom 2 I mixed acrylic paint and water
My Custom ELO Shirt
I've been playing around with the idea of making my own ELO shirt design for a while and came up with the idea of have the name of each of the songs off all of their albums colour coded and laid out like this, and then came up with the idea of having the ELO logo text kind of coming over that
I don't plan on selling any for obvious legal reasons, but I just thought this was a cool project and wanted to share
Also fwiw the text is on the back and the embroidered patch is on the front
Evil Woman
I'm listening to the song and trying to position its message in today's society. I feel like discussing about it! Would you consider the song misogynistic? What meaning other that the literal lyrics would you give it?
ELO Out of the Blue potential Jeff Lynne signature
Is there anyone out there that has any idea if this signature looks real or not.
The Winds of Time by Vince Tempera sounds quite familiar...
Made for an old horror film called Pagnini Horror (1989). Such a weird oddity but it really does showcase how strong Twilight is at its core. Considering the movie is about a band who steals music from a classical artist, it's not only ironic that Twilight was very clearly used as said stolen song, but the fact that the film expects you to believe that a guy from the early 1800s wrote it. They also used You Give Love a Bad Name by Bon Jovi for a track called Stay the Night. Hope yall enjoy it!
Help me find this song please! I'm sure it's an ELO song
Can't get the line out of my head. I'm sure it's either ELO or Maybe Wilburys. I'm sure it's Geoff Lynn singing. I think the line is from the chorus. the line is:
"Is this the world that we've been living in" or something similar. Fairly upbeat tempo. the melody rises from "Is this" up to "World" and then back down to "living" then back up for "in".
Please help!
New photo of Jeff
This came up on my instagram feed and thought it was great to see him after so long. Wanted to share it with you all as I haven't seen it here yet.
Good quotes for senior quotes?
Title pretty much sums it up. Does anyone have any quotes from ELO songs that I could use for my senior quote in the yearbook this upcoming year?
